Location .. literally in the centre of everything. Very comfortable beds also.
Small kitchen when sofa was folded out as another bed.

Easy walk from Bergamo Train Station and to the Funicular to the Citti Alto. Plenty of good restaurants, and an excellent bakery close to the apartment. Supermarket within a 2 minute walk to buy your essentials. A really attractive apartment with generous bedrooms, comfortable beds, and pillows. Views of the old town from master bedroom. Bathroom was clean and functional - plenty of hot water. Toiletries provided. Good lighting and hairdryer. Kitchen area was well appointed but dark. Good elevator and feels secure.
Nothing. 😀

Location, location, location.
Could be more utilities such as scissors etc.

I liked the location. It is central and easy to access.
The bed sheets were not as clean as I would have liked. They are old and a bit spotty. Also, there was no shampoo or shower gel at the apartment.
