Frustrating

Good location - not too far from town and train station. Spacious apartment. Quiet area.

It didn't have any essentials other than towels, bed linen and toilet paper, with it being just one and a half roll. It didn't have not even a cloth to wipe down the sink. No microwave as well. Apartment not so clean. Oven was greasy and had no trays. Just one pan and 2 soucepan - no lids. Floor were full of dust behind furniture (even behind chairs and bedside tables). Some things were broken, like one chair and a windows blind in one of the rooms. Fortunately it was hot, so we didn't need to use the duvets, as they were those ones without replaceble cover and they weren't smelling good. There was no wifi available and I contacted the host. They answered a couple of times and denied my request for more coffee pods (there were only 3 on the apartment) and napkings, but stopped answering later when I requested update about the internet. We were in 4 people, with an elderly lady and an autistic teenager to stay for one night only, still we had to spend some time in a visit to a supermarket to buy essentials. We weren't expecting 5 stars, but it would be nice if at least some basics like coffee, sugar, salt, oil, napkings, toilet roll where available, principally if it is for a short stay. It is frustrating when we have a little time to spend around and it has to be shorten with a visit to a supermarket when you only want a cup of coffee before heading off in the morning. Plus, we can't buy 4 coffee pods and 3 spoons of sugar, meaning that the guest would be stocking basics to the host. We had already wasted some time on arrival as the gate wouldn't open remotely as they said it would and we had to wait until a resident where entering the building, while we were waiting for the host to come over to open the gate.

Unit has potential - wifi problem was unfortunate but fixable but need AC during hot summers

Spacious size of unit and great location close to town/restaurants

Wifi was not working. Also, unit has no AC and we did not see that mentioned in the add. We had booked for 2 nights but left after the first night and asked for refund of second night and owner has not responded. Will need to escalate this with Booking.com

City safe the day

Big rooms apartment and balcony . Coach in the dining room good for kids only , not comfortable for normal person . 6 pcs pads for coffee . Silent side apartment orientation but this does not give any advantage to the apartment. 15 minutes from the train station .

Interior it not renovated probably remain as the it was build in the year 1990 ? Rooms are big . In the kitchen you can find electric water can ( not functional ) , plates , forks and knives , one pan that it old , few plates and glasses . No bread toast machine , I really missing this . Coffee machine not functioning correctly ( maybe need maintenance) . Dish washing machine but no detergent for it , owner please lone detergent tab per day so people with kids to wash the plates as they are gone . Worst part it the noise because of the old windows that does not give any quietness . They do not close properly and they are old so you can hear anything from outside , every car passing every noise from each people entering in he building so it hard to rest if you have problems with the sleep . The main door it also in poor state and you can hear any person going to the building . One bedroom the blinder do not lift and the window do not open .

Good stay. Communication from host was very good. The apartment is bigger than it looks in the photos. Very clean. We only stayed for 1 night. We walked to the citta alta and it did take about 25 mins. Back was easier as all down hill! There was a small supermarket about 5 mins walk away. Would recommend

Fine for one night.

The location is perfect, and the apartment was modern and functional.

More small furnishings like kitchen items would be nice. Also, the listing is misleading in the number of bedrooms actually present. Should advertise sofas as either pullout sofas OR beds, not list them in both categories. Completely open floorplan in the apartment we were relocated to actually meant that nine of the 6 of us had any actual privacy.

Simple apartment

Good location close to the train station. The apartment is big. Easy check in and check out. The beds are comfy and looks new. It was good for one night.

Very few eqiupement and furniture (no cabinets) in the apartment. The apartment was cold, because we think there was no heating before we arrived and at the night the system switch off automatically. We had some hard moments at night because first we didn’t know where were the 3rd bed cover, but it was inside the sofa. Maybe it was because we were very tried but you should Tell the other renters.

Perfect apartments. Central, clean and beautiful!

A very central apartment , conveniently situated. Spotlessly clean with everything we needed. The flat is very cozy and welcoming. Communication both before arrival and during our stay was prompt and helpful. Would happily recommend it.

Mieszkanie oddalone jakies 10 min od centrum. Na parterze.

Niestety mieszkanie wymaga solidnego remontu i przede wszystkim i najważniejsze posprzątania. Na ścianach znajdują się ogromne pajęczyny.

La vicinanza con la fiera dov’è il gruppo doveva gareggiare

La struttura era sporca: cucina con incrostazioni, stoviglie non lavate correttamente; coperte puzzolenti. Si è salvata solo la biancheria. Ho avvertito subito ma hanno solo detto che avrebbero avvertito l’impresa di pulizie ma non l’hanno mandata immediatamente

Ogromny apartament, lokalizacja super 10 min od dworca. Na plus zameldowanie przez skrzynkę z kluczami, co daje duża wygodę wrazie zmiany godziny zameldowania. Wszystko czego potrzeba, czajnik, express do kawy oraz kapsułki kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona.

Apartament bardzo duży- dwie osobne sypialnie, salon z rozkładaną kanapą. Posiada pralkę i zmywarke, telewizor. Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra do zwiedzania-niedaleko również stacja kolejowa Stazzione

Obok jest jakieś boisko- akurat był tam mecz i do ok 22 było głośno
