Guardrails of the mezzanine not secure: detached at two points, dangerous especially for children occasional presence
Would be nice if the elevator was functioning- not a must, a nice to have

The mezzanine was a bit cramped, the fans useful in july but very loud noise so difficult to sleep with fan on.

Excellent location, very comfortable and perfectly clean, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Paola was incredibly helpful at every step, very flexible, responsive and truly professional. Her support made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
The only minor downside was that the windows could be double-glazed, as it can be a bit noisy at night. Otherwise, everything was great.

L’emplacement au cœur même de la ville historique. En zone piétonne mais avec un parking réservé à 5 minutes.
Les fresques de la façade en levant bien les yeux.
Sous les toits, sans climatisation, avec des ventilateurs bruyants et un lit en cuvette, autant dire que la nuit a été difficile.
Pas de chance les odeurs de la cour ne nous a pas permis d’ouvrir la fenêtre au calme.
Un store cassé nous a laissé avec les spots du Théâtre Social juste en face à 5 mètres !
La décoration très internationale et espace exigu.
