Excellent location, very comfortable and perfectly clean, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Paola was incredibly helpful at every step, very flexible, responsive and truly professional. Her support made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
The only minor downside was that the windows could be double-glazed, as it can be a bit noisy at night. Otherwise, everything was great.

The location is excellent, very convenient and well connected, which made everything easy for us. The facilities were exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged.The host was kind, responsive, and attentive, making us feel welcome from the beginning.

The location is perfect- hearted the old town with good transport links, including to city centre, the station and airport. Close to the main attractions and restaurants.
It was clean.
The kitchen was poorly equipped - no bowls, no means of washing dishes, (no cloths or detergent) no towel, no salt, pepper, oil etc.
There is poor privacy - bathroom not soundproofed in any way and bedrooms both open plan with living space.
The mezzanine bedroom ceiling is very low resulting in sore back from stooping and bumps to head.
There are 2 cabinets not securely fastened to the wall.
This would not be a suitable property for anyone with mobility issues or small children - the ladder to the upper bedroom and a broken tension wire would be potentially dangerous.
