Było stosunkowo cicho jak na lokalizację w centrum Starego Miasta.
Ciasne pomieszczenia. Trudno było się wyminąć w sypialni czy kuchni. Apartament na pewno nie miał 50 m powierzchni, jak napisano w ogłoszeniu…Dodatkowo trzeba było wspinać się kilka pięter w górę.
