Fantastic location in Città Alta, the historic heart of Bergamo, with the airport bus (Bus 1) stopping just 50 meters away. Easy and flexible checkin with a key-box code. Clear and pleasant communication with the property management company. Huge living room, adequate bedroom, very small bathroom. Comfortable bed, kitchen with all the essentials.
For such a prime and beautiful location, the interior design, apartment maintenance, and furniture could be certainly improved.

Perfect location
Wooden ceiling, Sound isolation is very bad, you can hear every step of the neighbour above. Bit of moisture smell in the room.

It was large and airy. It was fairly central.
The entrance is rather off-putting and the lights inside switch off when you are half way up the stairs with luggage. As there is just the one toilet and bathroom, another mirror, perhaps in the lounge, would be a great help. We found the pillows very flat so we put the towels under them.
