Not worth the money, pictures are different than what we booked

Friendly staff responding, the apartment on busy street

Sorry but The picture is not existing to my reservation as booking.com, it said house but i had an old style apartment in old building with far away from the main building ( 8 minutes walk) and only bedrooms have A/C had to use fan, the money paid was not worth at all. Could not believe how this property has high score at booking.com

A great place to stay—totally worth it!

The host was absolutely fantastic—super friendly and helpful with everything we needed. Their hospitality really made our stay enjoyable. We truly loved the time we spent here.

The only downside was that the apartment was located in a different building from the reception and their bar. It would have been more convenient if everything was in the same place.

Parking and arrival nightmare

Very central location, if you are looking to explore the lower city (Bergamo bassa).

The parking and arrival procedures were an absolute nightmare! They instruct you to first pickup the parking pass, which means that you are stopping in the middle of a city-center road in front of the reception, running in to get your pass and then you have to drive all the way around the city center again to reach the parking garage because it is located on a one-way street and it is BEFORE the reception. Then to actually get into the apartment you are given 3 keys and a set of instructions that are so complicated it feels like you are in a video game or on a treasure hunt! My apartment was one of the off-site ones, so you are also dragging your luggage on cobblestone and walking up steps to get there. Lastly,.the AC wasn't working. Very stressful experience. The apartment was very clean, though.

Key collection process was quite complicated with several keys to multiple doors needed to get into the apartment No lift but a lot steps to get to the apartment Parking difficult Not much privacy if shutters are open on the windows.

enjoyable and relaxing

We enjoyed our stay at Rego in Bergamo! Giulia and Michela were very welcoming and so efficient with communication. The apartment was very modern with great bathroom, living room and kitchen facilities. The beds were extremely comfy.

The spa was kind of expensive considering the size, but overall lovely.

We had a wonderful stay at Rego Appartments. Although we were only travelling in 3 the apartment was spacious for many more guests. It was lovely and clean with plenty of little extra's such as toiletries, pasta, passata, juices, biscuits and water. It was also a lovely touch to leave 2 umbrella's which were great to have as the weather was very rainy. Perfect self check in as it was after the time the check in desk closes. Fantastic stay and we would love to return whether it be for work again or as leisure.

Not that they weren't ok but my only constructive criticism would be maybe a new mattress. We slept ok but have slept better in others.

Very average that cost above average.

Location. Very comfortable mattress. Lovely bathroom.

The kitchen - totally impractical. - No towel to dry dishes nor anywhere to drain them. - only two coffee capsules. Considering the cost of the Accomodation this was very tight! - the mugs don’t fit in the coffee machine. Espresso cups would be better - laundry area a waste. Slimline dishwasher would be more useful. Also, not practical for hanging clothes as too far from bedroom and bathroom. - no sound proofing. If we didn’t have the TV on, we could here every word said by the neighbours - it’s marketed as a serenity spa. It isn’t this, it’s an apartment in a block of other apartments

Perfect location for a city break

The property has a perfect location, in the heart of the city. You also have a cafe just next to the entrance. Very clean and super nice and helpful staff. We also has a little surprise gift in our room.

The windows could use some curtains, it’s a bit weird at night, there is no intimacy.

Great place to stay in Bergamo.

Great location. Very well finished interiors. Helpful staff, especially as we checked in out of hours ….they were brilliant at communicating & making the process smooth & straightforward. Would highly recommend staying here and the staff could not have done more to help make the best of our time in Bergamo.

This did not spoil our trip but I do feel we need to share this issue- the curtain in bedroom was very pale, light material. Looked lovely but it meant at night the lights from building across courtyard shone in, and in morning the sunlight wakened us early. The apartment would have been absolutely perfect if the curtains blocked out the light!

The property is beautiful, and the apartment was very modern and stylish, with everything you need for a great stay.

Only having one sofa for 7 people made relaxing in the lounge area quite difficult, so it might be worth adding at least one more for group stays.

Prior to arriving at the apartments the staff were really helpful booking us a taxi to the airport and providing suggestions for restaurants etc. the apartment is beautifully decorated, spacious and staff were extremely friendly and helpful when we arrived!

Clean and pleasant apartment, located close to the station.

The property was in a great location. Close to the station and a 15 min walk to the old town. It was a clean apartment and there were great extra touches like a free pasta kit.

When booking the apartment it seemed like we would be in the main building with easy access to the spa but this was not the case.

An unpleasant experience from the service management.

The apartment was good, clean eith new facility.

The service provided by the recaption and rhe management was not proper. It was not stated that there is a cost for losing a key card and an unreasonable cost of 40€ was charged without any warning. Also the apartment is very far from the center.

Beautiful apartment in gorgeous town.

The apartment was brand new, beautifully renovated with very modern decor. It was in the heart of the old town and close to the shops and restaurants.

The parking was in a large car park nearby but I thought from the description that it was going to be in an internal courtyard that we could access easily. The view of the internal courtyard was not attractive - typical Italian urban decay ie gravel courtyard and rusty down pipes and gutters
