The appartment is great, even better than in photos and the location is perfect.
I liked everything, if I have to say something I would say that there were few things for cooking, but this os not important in Bérgamo and Beatrice gives you lot of places to enjoy the food.

Un appartement idéalement situé, de bonnes tailles, entièrement rénové, dommage que les fenêtres n'aient pas été changées cela aurait permis d'atténuer le bruit du boulevard mais dans l'ensemble de la prestation et d'un excellent niveau avec une belle décoration.
Quelques remarques constructives : il faudrait un peu plus de papier toilette car un seul rouleau pour un séjour de 3 jours c'est insuffisant, il manque aussi des torchons . Mais nous avons apprécié les boissons gratuites dans le frigo.

The location was very convenient and the apartment on the whole was well equipped. Some key items missing though such as kitchen knives, tea towels and bottle opener/corkscrew. A toaster and microwave would be a welcome addition and some subtle lighting from lamps rather than the very bright ceiling lights. The bed was very comfortable though
Check in was complicated and stressful and could be improved upon with timely information given rather than having to WhatsApp the owner several times to get basic information. An information pack or folder would have been very useful
