Maison Leon Bergamo

The location is great, but the proximity to the main train and bus station makes it a bit dodgy, just a block away. The apartment is big with high ceilings, but the layout is a bit weird. The cleaners could do a better job. The cutlery is kept in a box on the counter; we would have expected it to be in a drawer. The sofa bed was too soft and the mattress in the bedroom was too hard. The coffee machine is a Nespresso Delizio, but it's leaky and doesn't make coffee to Italian standards. There was a bottle of wine in the fridge, priced at €10, but it would have cost €2–5. We thought it could have been offered as a free welcome gift, as it doesn't actually cost that much, and it would have made us feel more welcome.

Un apartament foarte cochet, cu toate utilitatile si foarte bine pozitionat de obiective! Very nice!

The location was very convenient and the apartment on the whole was well equipped. Some key items missing though such as kitchen knives, tea towels and bottle opener/corkscrew. A toaster and microwave would be a welcome addition and some subtle lighting from lamps rather than the very bright ceiling lights. The bed was very comfortable though

Check in was complicated and stressful and could be improved upon with timely information given rather than having to WhatsApp the owner several times to get basic information. An information pack or folder would have been very useful
