Great location and quiet apartment but sofa beds awful.

Excellent location. Just behind Main Street but private and quiet in a little courtyard area. Lock box for key, easy to get into property and fast response on what’s app. Nice enough space, with kitchen area and fridge. Main bed firm and comfortable.

Very open layout so no privacy for each bedroom area. Right next to kitchen area and bathroom. And only thin pale curtain on front door. Both sofa beds dipped in the middle and creaked loudly so very uncomfortable nights. Only one flat pillow per person. Did not use wardrobe as looked unstable. NB Stairs down to basement area not safe for younger children.

Amazing apartment in the heart of Città Alta. The photos of this apartment are accurate. Perfect for family or couples as it is split over 2 levels, each with its own bed, kitchen dining area and bathroom. We were a family with two teenage daughters and they loved it as they basically had their own apartment downstairs to themselves! The host was great to deal with and provided toiletries, coffee and water. The location is fabulous, only a couple of minutes walk from the bus stop and there are shops, restaurants and bars a few steps from the door of the apartment. The entrance to the building has a few steps/path the would be a bit difficult if you had mobility problems. We only stayed 1 night as a stopover between lake Garda and travelling home but we would definitely book again for a longer trip 😊

CheckIn process was a real problem. We had to install an additional app and download a video, while Roaming with the bad mobile internet in Bergamo. And all because the hosts would not write a few lines of text that would have saved the hours of conversations. Not the best way to spend vacation time.

Beautiful apartment in perfect location in old town

The apartment is lovely and clean and very spacious . Valeria sends details of check in which is very straight forward. We arrived late but had no problem finding or getting into the apartment. It is very central to all attractions shops and restaurants. Valeria also accommodated a late check out as our flight was very late that night

Fantastic location for visiting Bergamo Old Town

Very well maintained, modern and clean apartment right in the heart of the old town. It has all the facilities you could require. Very easy check-in and very good communication with the host, who was very helpful in assisting us to find parking (which can be difficult due to ZTL and limited space in the old town).

No negatives, but it should be noted that the bedroom spaces do not have their own enclosed rooms with doors that can be closed

Great small apartment for visiting the historic, upper city!

This cute apartment is really well located in the center of the old city, right around the corner from the main square. It was comfortable for our group of 3. Having two bathrooms was helpful. The facilities are clean and modern.

It's good to know that there is no door (just a wall) between the bed on the main floor and the living room space.

The apartment was beautifully designed with stylish decor that created a modern yet cozy atmosphere. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Citta Alta with all the best restaurants, shops, and attractions just a few steps away. The apartment was equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to a spacious and comfortable bedroom. The amenities were top-notch, and the apartment was spotlessly clean, making me feel right at home. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always available to answer any questions and provide helpful tips about the area. Overall, my stay in this apartment was exceptional, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish place to stay in Citta Alta. I can't wait to come back!

Perfekt für Familien, nicht geeignet für mehrere Paare, die zusammen übernachten

Perfekte Lage, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Modern und sauber.

Schlüsselcode wurde nicht korrekt übermittelt. Wir mussten eine halbe Stunde in der Kälte vor der Tür warten, bis es funktioniert hat. Wer einen schlechten Schlaf hat, wird stündlich von den Glocken im direkt angrenzenden Glockenturm geweckt. Die Schlafbereiche sind nicht voneinander getrennt. Also keinerlei Privatsphäre. Das Hauptbett steht zwei Schritte von der Küche entfernt, ohne irgendeine Abgrenzung

Diciamo che l appartamento nel cuore della città alta ha decisamente molte potenzialità....molto carino

Mi spiace molto,ma decisamente sporco,molto sporco e noi non siamo dei precisini... Non so chi si occupa delle pulizie,ma lasciano molto a desiderare... Sotto ai comodini... Sotto al divano letto persino un fazzoletto sporco oltre a tanta polvere... A lato e dietro la lavatrice pure... Le trapuntine dei due letti non sembrano ne a vista né ad odore pulitissime. Un gran peccato perché l appartamento in sé é molto carino.

Die Lage ist topp. Das Bad im UG war für mich nicht sauber. In der Dusche war Schimmel.

Es war sehr kalt in der Wohnung. Die Klimaanlage haben wir nach Stunden erst verstanden.

In der Dusche im UG war Schimmel, die Toilettenbürste aus Chrom war nicht geputzt und ebenfalls die Schiebetür zum Bad hatte Schmutzpflecken.

Tanti pregi, ma tanti difetti

Alloggio con ottima posizione, che presenta ampi spazi interni. Ottima l'illuminazione. Scrivo di seguito quello che mi è piaciuto durante il mio soggiorno di 2 notti. Alloggio facilmente raggiungibile a piedi da almeno 3 fermate autobus presenti lungo una strada principale. Alloggio posizionato nel centro storico della Città Alta di Bergamo e dunque vicino a molti luoghi di interesse. Portone in legno, ampio il cortile di ingresso della casa. Ampi spazi interni, suddiviso su 2 livelli, con due bagni, due cucine (quella del piano di sopra munita di attrezzi da cucina), due saloni, due divani, due TV, due tavoli. Molto belle le tipologie di luci presenti, che valorizzano e rendono piacevole l'atmosfera all'interno dell'alloggio. Insomma, se non fosse per tanti altri aspetti negativi riscontrati, consiglierei questo alloggio a tutte quelle persone disposte a spendere una cifra considerevole per passare un piacevole soggiorno.

Alloggio visibilmente sporco e che non rispetta le norme igienico-sanitarie. Zone non sicure. Parte della mobilia rotta. Scrivo di seguito i problemi che ho riscontrato durante il mio soggiorno di 2 notti. Alloggio pieno di zanzare non appena ho aperto la porta effettuando il check-in (c'era una finestra aperta e le finestre erano prive di zanzariere. Questa finestra affacciava su un cortile ed il davanzale esterno era a pochi centimetri di altezza dal suolo). L'aria condizionata non era utilizzabile a causa dell'unità interna sporca (visibile ad occhio nudo lo sporco sia sui filtri che nei pressi delle alette da cui fuoriesce l'aria). Sporco l'alloggio in generale, ma molto sporchi alcuni punti particolari, come ad esempio il pavimento sotto il letto (il letto ha un'altezza tale da permettere un facile accesso in termini di operazione di pulizia). Asciugacapelli malfunzionante e quindi pericoloso (in seguito all'accensione, la ventola non riusciva a ruotare liberamente con velocità costante, girava a malapena). Nei pressi della zona cucina era presente un tombino chiuso, ma non chiuso ermeticamente, che emanava cattivi odori. Nei pressi del tombino, sulla parete esposta verso l'esterno dell'alloggio, era presente una ventola sempre accesa. La scala interna era priva di protezione, priva anche di corrimano o altri dispositivi di sostegno. Rotto il pannello posteriore dell'armadio (nel movimentare il vestiario, una parte dei vestiti cadeva dal retro). Rotto il cassetto del lavabo. Comunque, insoddisfatto per il prezzo che ho pagato. Ma ancora di più insoddisfatto per la mancanza delle norme di salute e sicurezza in un ambiente che è destinato ad accogliere ospiti.

es un apartemento encantador pero quien lo gestiona NO es profesional.

La ubicacion estupenda, no habia desayuno incluido

El secador estaba completamente quemado y le explotó en las manos a mi niña. Afortunadamente no ha pasado nada de grave. Hay que controlar que los electrodomesticos sean seguros en un piso de alquiler!! El lavabo del baño de abajo estaba completamente atascado y lo que se formaba era un horror. Absolutamente inutilizable y olia a podrido. Como es posible que la empresa de limpieza no se de cuenta de algo asi? Las instrucciones para regoger las llaves eran incorrectas, con un video viejo que mostraba la cajita en otro sitio. Tuvimos que contactar con la agencia y nos explicaron que la caja se habia puesto en otro sitio (fuera del porton). Todo esto sin tener bateria en el movil (5%) asi que un checkin muy estresante. Luego las instrucciones no proporcionaban la direccion. Las instrucciones (usuario y clave ) del wifi que estan en la casa no existen (en un cartel en la mesa de la entrada). Te envian por whatsapp las correctas - PERO por que no quitar el cartel con las claves wifi incorrectas? La relacion calidad precio, pesima.

Niestety apartament jest ciemny, dolny poziom to piwnica gdzie mega śmierdzi stęchlizną i jest strasznie wilgotno. W łazienkach grzyb. Drzwi wejściowe są przeszklone, mają roletke lecz jasna i cienka więc wieczorem widać jak chodzimy po apartamencie z z zewnątrz . Napewno tam nie wrócę

Schöne Wohnung, um die Altstadt von Bergamo auch außerhalb der überlaufenen Zeiten zu entdecken!

Die Lage ist grandios – wirklich mittendrin in der Citta Alta, aber vom ganzen Touristenlärm bekommt man dort überhaupt nichts mit. Außerdem war die Wohnung immer angenehm kühl, obwohl draußen teilweise 36° C waren. Und großzügig vom Platz her war sie natürlich auch.

Leider war die Ausstattung in der Küche seeehr minimalistisch und die Kaffeemaschine war defekt. Auch mit dem WLAN gab es zunächst Probleme. Aber auf alle Probleme wurde prompt reagiert und innerhalb von einer Stunde waren alle Probleme gelöst!

Die Lage ist fantastisch. Die Unterkunft ist neu und sehr sauber. Sie war auf jeden Fall groß genug für eine Nacht für zwei Erwachsene und drei Kinder.

Wir kamen mit dem Auto an. Das hat mit dem Navi nicht ganz so ideal funktioniert. Die Schlüsselbox war auch an einem anderen Ort als in dem Video gezeigt.
