The location is no doubt very good. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are with all of the amenities you need.

Some things we don't like in the kitchen. There wasn't enough absolutely simple things like napkins, kitchen paper. The hot plate doesn't work with available pots. There is not way to go and put your waste in the dustbins which are in the yard.

Good location but bad maintenance

I like the location of Luxury house near the funicular.

Dirty and poorly maintained apartment - there was a shoe sole mark on the sheets in one bedroom, and hair in the other bedroom, there were used socks in the cupboard, the sink in one bathroom was clogged, and the shower cabin was leaking, no extra sheets, blankets or pillows!

Bergamo insospettatamente molto bella, ottimo we, alloggio sufficiente.

Posizione eccellente, vicinissima alla funicolare, a 15 minuti dal centro di Bergamo bassa. Appartamento abbastanza ampio, 3 camere da letto + ampio soggiorno/cucina, 2 bagni con 2 docce, lavanderia. Cucina ben attrezzata, stufa e forno, grande frigo + congelatore. Asciugamani, prodotti igienici e per bucato a disposizione. Possibilità di posteggio zona blu nella strada davanti e nelle trasversali + posteggio coperto vicino. La notte poco trafficato, quartiere tranquillo. Host molto disponibile e puntuale nelle informazioni relative a ristoranti e altro (abbiamo bucato una gomma prima dell'arrivo e ci ha indicato un'officina meccanica in 2 minuti).

Peccato non vi siano negozi alimentari nelle vicinanze. Avevo letto qualche recensione negativa relative alla pulizia dell'alloggio ed avevo contattato l'host per sincerarmi che si trattasse di episodi isolati che si possono anche comprendere. Avevo avuto rassicurazione da parte sua. In realtà abbiamo trovato l'appartamento con una pulizia molto sommaria. Bagni ok, piano cucina anche (a parte lo straccetto usato che emanava cattivissimo odore), pavimenti super polverosi, lanetta dietro i mobili, dietro ai letti, aprendo il divano letto sotto c'erano briciole e sporcizia, segno che da tempo quel pavimento non veniva pulito e lavato correttamente. Lenzuola molto stropicciate, visto lo stato dei pavimenti il dubbio che fossero veramente pulite viene in fretta. Forse solo stropicciate dall'asciugatrice ma tant'è... se si definisce un appartamento "luxury" è lecito aspettarci altro. Il frigo seppur ampio puzzava molto (salame?). Il nostro gruppo ha usato la casa solo per dormire e quindi la polvere non ci ha veramente rovinato la vacanza, ma se penso ad una famiglia con bambini che vivono di più in casa sarebbe un vero problema. Letti non comodissimi, a parte uno matrimoniale il divano letto in sala è francamente molto scomodo, materassino troppo sottile che fa sentire tutta la struttura metallica sotto, il letto francese in realtà è un letto singolo che si può raddoppiare ma una parte è in discesa, così come l'altro letto matrimoniale. Solamente un piumino per letto, che va bene per delle coppie, ma se sono amici 2 piumini sarebbero doverosi.

Buena ubicacion, pero falta limpieza y utensilios de cocina básicos

La ubicacion

Falta de limpieza, encontramos telarañas, unas zapatillas bajo la cama, manchas en sábanas y las toallas olían a tabaco . Pocos utensilios de cocina, tuvimos que llamar porque no habia nada para calentar la leche, nos facilitaron una cacerola pero era poco para 6 adultos y 3 niños.

Zeer log systeem om in te checken ben er meer als een half uur online mee bezig geweest. Instructies voor de sleutels kwamen ook in het italiaans.

Excellent emplacement, appartement très spacieux, mais WIFI hors-service, et pas de parking.

L'annonce indiquait parking comme "point forts". Hors, il n'y avait pas de parking. Idem pour le WIFI: la box était déconnectée, avec un câble sectionné, donc pas de WIFI. Porte d'entrée avec une poignée qui ne tenait pas.

Appartamento molto bello, pulito, situato in una zona tranquilla di Bergamo bassa, attaccato alla funicolare.

La posizione strategica e la pulizia.

Praticamente era tutto perfetto. Mancavano solamente i tappettini quando si esce dalla doccia.
