La atención del personal. Nos facilitaron para dejar las maletas y visitar la ciudad aunque fuera antes de la hora de entrada y contestaron todas nuestras dudas y consultas con muchísima rapidez y amabilidad

- Nie mogliśmy dostać drugiego kompletu kluczy, przy 6os. trudno było sobie z tym radzić. W ogłoszeniu wskazano, że ma być zapewniony stały dostęp. - Wynajmujący wypisywał kilka razy dziennie, aby uiścić dodatkowy podatek miejski, jednocześnie nie odpowiadał na pytanie dotyczące podstaw jego wyliczenia. Zamiast 7% kosztów zakwaterowania (zgodnie z informacją znalezioną w internecie), każąc płacić dodatkowo ok. 15%. Przyznam, że to było stresujące. - Brak komunikacji nastawionej na rozwiązanie problemu, nawet po kontakcie z obsługą booking.
