room was okay but host is a scammer

I contacted the host as I’m not from the country and couldn’t find exactly where to collect the keys from and was lost on what gate I was at. The host straight up said over and over again read the instructions even when I asked me I didn’t know which gate I was at and sent her a picture of the gate she was very passive aggressive

the host, after we lest she sent us a text saying there was urine on the bed and that we left the room an absolute mess nothing was in order. She demanded €100 and I even sent her a video of the room that was taken right as we left and she kept on threatening police, told us she had made a complain to booking.com o told her I’d pay even thought I had proff she was lying once she showed me her complain. She also wouldn’t let me pay her through the app but demanded it directly into her bank account

Good rate, but at the price of your own time.

Easy to reach location. But, in view of complicated check in procedure when there is no staff pressent, the owner realy might want to look into pointing locations via W3W (what3words) instead of pictures

Well organised entry procedure (but waaaaay to o long for a one night stay, especially if car parking is included. At the end of the day you really don’t want to spend your valuable time into playing an escape room kind of entry.

Amazing value next to the airport; I hope the owner learns to be a bit more patient during check-in

The room facilities were fantastic for this price level and for this AMAZING next-to-airport location. We had a morning flight - filled our car at a petrol station about 500 meters from this room, and drove right to the airport rental-car agent to give back our car and take our flight [8 minute drive] Rooms is sparkling clean. STRONG air-conditioning on a hot evening - clearly, the owner of the apartment INVESTED in the apartment and was not cheap. Fantastic value for your dollar.

The person who texted me for room keys rushed me - it was late night, and he wanted to 'close things off' by around 23:15 even though Booking.com explicitly stated that check in was until 24:00. NOT nice. We arrived late-night after a long drive and were tired The neighbors helped us into the room - they were VERY nice, but they were doing the owner's job. If we had arrived at 20:00 or 21:00 it would have been easier, but that was not in our travel schedule. TO BE FAIR - we only ordered the room on booking.com at 22:45 which was VERY late. But that shouldn't be our problem. If you post a room to Booking.com you should be able to handle this type of situation.

Great apartment not only for transit

Clean and spacious apartment, good location( 8 min to the airport/8 minutes to the city center). Comfy beds and pillows. The parking was a plus. Clear instructions from the host. Definetly recommend!

Very nice, clean, and spacious apartments. Good location, about 15 minutes from the train station, 7 minutes to Lidl. Nice restaurants nearby. Very good contact with the property owners. The keys to the apartments are in a safe. There was no issue with early check-in.

Amazing place

Everything was great! Spacious rooms, comfortable bed, clean. A good location, 10 min away from Lidl and McCafe, 2 min away from bus station, easy to get anywhere. The court yard is amazing. Easy self check-in. Amazing host, she was always available on whatsapp any time we needed. Highly recommend.

It would be good if the kitchen had not only dishes but also some basic products like coffee, tea, salt, oil etc. It's not really a kitchen annex if you're not able to cook anything unless you buy things you're definitely not taking home like a package of salt or store coffee.

It had everything needed in the apartment. Nice and completely clean. We will probably go there again sometime in the future!

The location was a bit away from the old city, but we enjoy to walk, so it’s not a problem. Also the bus is going close by.

Nice stay but it is a bit noisy due to nearby airport

The room was clean, had a working fridge, had facilities to make your own meal. The checkin/checkout was easy, the hosts were helpful and sent clear instructions.

The location is near the airport, and there are many planes flying by with a very loud noise that can be heard in the room as well (for me was annoying mostly in the night/early in the morning).

very clean studio apartment with almost everything one could need. Very good bathroom and bed comfortable. Facilities modern and pleasant. Parking was good.

Key collection instructions were not clear. It would be better to explain how to get the apartment keys and then drive around to the other side of the property for the car park fob. The instructions are the wrong way around and a little confusing - needs to be presented better. A kettle in the room would be useful - not everyone only drinks coffee and boilng water in a saucepan for tea takes time.

Exceptional

Due to the morning flight, we had to spend the night in Bergamo. Even though we booked the room at 11pm, the manager was waiting for us at midnight. A very friendly and helpful person, Dima. It's more than a hotel. You can stay there for a few days as the apartment is equipped with a refrigerator and a washing machine. Dima has praised Bergamo a lot, so we'll definitely come by for a few days next year. Regards Marek, Ania and Paulina.

We absolutely loved out stay, super comfortable and convenient place if you’re staying in Bergamo. Neighbourhood is quiet, walking distance to the train station and to a Lidl.

Unbelievable value for money.

Close to the centre of Bergamo with only a 15 minute walk to the train station and the main city centre.

It did feel rather hot at night despite having A/C within the room, which sometimes meant it was hard to sleep.

My flight to Bergamo was delayed so I only arrived to Casa Cleopatra at 2 am and had trouble getting in but I called them and they were so helpful and kind! The place is big and has a fan and AC.
