Thr apartment was as described. It was clean and comfortable. Great location, minutes from the station and about a 10 minute walk into the city centre. A coulple of mini markets and take away food outlets close by. T he host was very helpful with any question..

Missing some basics like tea and coffee and a tea towel.

We'd like to leave a review of our five-night stay at Casa Gianna in Bergamo in April 2026. The building is very close to the city center, the train station, and the bus station. There's a frequent bus service from the bus station to the airport. The apartment is quite spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Everything was wonderful. Alessio was very attentive and caring. He greeted us warmly at the gate, explained everything, and showed us how to use the keys and appliances. He recommended places to visit and the best places to eat. Every day, Alessio checked in to see if we were okay and if we needed anything. He brought us an extra heater because he thought the apartment was a bit chilly. He also brought us an umbrella because the forecast called for rain. We felt very cared for and attentive throughout. In short, we highly recommend Casa Gianna!

This is a really nice apartment very close to the main station and equipped with all the things you need. Alessio was really helpful in answering questions and suggesting places to visit and eat at.
