Очень уютная и светлая квартира, чистая и приятная. В жару может быть душно, но есть кондиционер который спасает положение. На террасе приятно можно посидеть даже жарким днем если открыть маркизу. Кухня оснащена всеми необходимыми приборами и посудой, есть посудомойка. В ванной комнате есть биде и стиральная машинка, и к тому же полноценная ванная. В гостиной зоне рабочий телевизор и очень удобный диванчик для вечернего релакса. Кровать низкая но удобная, в спальне так же есть телевизор и большой шкаф для размещения своих вещей, за шкафом - гладильная доска и сушилка. В прихожей тоже есть шкаф с большим зеркалом в пол.
Я выбирала место с учетом близости жд вокзала, мне нужно было ездить в Милан. Осталась очень довольна самим домом и его расположением. Территория закрытая, есть лифт и гараж, и несмотря на то что за окном уже сразу основные жд пути шум минимален. До вокзала пешком 10 минут ходьбы, столько же до ближайшей остановки автобуса который идет в центр города. В окрестностях много мини магазинов, в пешей доступности большой карфур со всеми необходимыми товарами.
Прекрасный контакт с хозяйкой, подробные инструкции входа в квартиру и готовность помочь и ответить на вопросы.
Думаю что в квартире с успехом могут пребывать 2-3 человека, но для меня одной было просто идеально.

De centrale ligging, hygiëne, betrokken host, mooi complex, winkels nabij.
De bank en de stoelen waren niet comfortabel. Het bed is laag aan de grond. Moeilijk in en uitstappen en minder comfortabel qua vering. Er is heel weinig servies.

The appartment is exactly as in the pictures, very spacious and cosy. Everything is super clean and tidy. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with everything necessary to cook, and even some basic ingredients (olive oil, salt, sugar, coffee, spices…). The terrace is absolutely amazing, having breakfast there just made my day every morning!! Location is also 10/10, very close to the central station but also to the city. Communication with Samanta was perfect as well. I can only recommend this place!
