Appartamento Picasso

Excellent location and easy to find above the ice cream shop. Right beside bus from /to airport ( takes 15 to 20 mins)and 5 mins walk to train station. You can get the bus to Citta Alta outside the apartment too. Really good communication re arrival and easy to get keys. Messaged Chiara and her husband and met us at the apartment when we arrived around 12.30pm. Apartment was really clean and a good size. No sitting room but the kitchen and 2 bedrooms were really big so no issue there for us. Price was excellent value. We really enjoyed our stay there. Would recommend it.

Only issue for us was no air conditioning though there are fans provided in the 2 bedrooms. There was scaffolding outside the windows when we were there and some kind of plastic sheeting so while preventing any views outside the window it probably helped keep the apartment a bit cooler. The air con is probably more of an issue in high summer temperatures like when we were there but it's an old stone building so probably ok when not very very hot.

The building at present moment is under reconstruction and there wasn't possible to see outside the window to the street, but this wasn't a big minus. The location by itself is very, very good- the centre of the city and the bus stop from the airport is in front of the entrance door. Very nice, clean and spacious appartment. Really recommend!

Amazing location just 5 min walk from the train station, 5 meters from the bus to the airport. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. The host was very kind.

The toilet could be cleaner.

Not good beds: double bed consists of two halfs, which are moving while sleeping, too soft mattress and all night try not to fall :) Bed in second room have a beside table too close to face. Problem with shower drain
