Bed was clean and comfortable

The quest treatned us to leave us out in the middle of the night, because I had a delayed flight, had no respect , was not easy to talk to and he was not pacient listening what I had to say. Also he was not interested that 1 of us had Italian citizenship, also he had to pay turist tax, eathewise he will leave us out even if we already payed the night. So take care , I was so stressed

I really liked that the apartments are in the very center, within walking distance of the sights.

Quiet Accommodation in a Central Location

+ It's in a very central location. + There's a supermarket and bakery right next door. + I feel it's a safe location. + The property was generally quiet. I had a good night's sleep. + I would stay here again.

- There was no detailed information about how to check into the facility and the room. Because of this, I was stressed at first, to be honest. - I would have liked there to be more equipment for shared use.

Confusing and difficult place to stay

The location.

The overly complicated entry system, the complete lack of clarity regarding this, the confusing transfer system from the airport, the bathroom, the very poorly equipped kitchen, the dingy dirty interior courtyard.

Nice location but the owner wasn’t easy to deal with

Great location, good size, owner tried to be nice by suggesting nice places to eat even though they were half an hour away

Didn’t let us know in advance to sort the check in online. I’ve travelled a lot, €5 per person seems like a hight city tax charge, usually it’s half that. Made us wait outside until we sorted it, we were tired and annoyed as it wasn’t instant that he’d send instructions to how to get inside. He was bombarding us with WhatsApp texts about a taxi from the airport so we missed that while hiking around Lombardy, I don’t like pushy people. Just a bit weird.

Clean and lovely accomodation

Very clean and perfect location!

Troubles with the locks.Good instructions but please add couple of very important points. 1. After entering the code number please wait for 3 seconds and PUSH the door.We tried to pull,push and turn the handle. 2. Dont push the room door key at the end.Leave it half way and turn the key to the right. With these extra instruction we wouldn’t be bothered the owner during the midnight.Also we would have save our time for 30mins. Other wise all good and will be visiting there again in the future.

Well, for me there were just some little things that didn't matter very much, given the price, location, and beautiful building and surrounds.

Peaceful, small, clean, excellent location, but the kitchen is missing some things

The facility has a great location: right in the city's center, very close to supermarkets and restaurants, and relatively close (walking distance) to the train station. The spaces are clean and the environment is quiet; I could not hear almost any noise from the street in my bedroom. The room is small, but the bed is comfortable. The existence of a fridge is excellent.

The kitchen, despite having some utilities, as well as a sponge to do the dishes, it does not have a tap and sink! So, we can heat and prepare some food, but if we want to wash and clean our hands, and even do the dishes, we have to do it in the bathroom (and, for that, you need the only bathroom that exists is free for you to use it). Also, the Wifi signal in my bedroom was very poor and unstable, and I even struggled connecting to mobile data.

I loved the coffee machine and tea available for the guest:) The location is right in the (modern) centre, which makes it great for a evening walk or getting to the old town quickly by foot. The room were we stayed had access to a terrace which is great for sitting and talking in the evenings in nice weather. Also just a 10min walk to the bus stop for airport bus.

Being in the city centre it could be quite loud for some, especially looking at the fact that terrace is right above a restaurant, but personally I didn't mind it at all.

Basic room in central location.

The location was good, right in the middle of the new town. Bathroom was very clean and had everything you needed. I did not use the kitchen but it seemed well stocked but did notice there was no sink in the area so can only imagine you have to use the one in the sink. The bed was comfortable and WiFi worked well.

I stayed in room 3 which is right next to the bathroom so noisy when people start using in the morning. Also the air con did not work in the room, although there was a very noisy fan to use and only a minor one but the telly had no ariel, so you couldn’t watch any telly.

Yösija oli erittäin mukava pitkäksi ajaksi ja pitäjä todella vieraanvarainen!

Paikka oli iso ja siisti, jossa oli päässiassa kaikki tarvittava. Pitäjä oli mukava ja iloinen mies, joka haki meidät myös pyynnöstä kentältä sekä antoi vinkkejä paikallisista kohteista. Sijainti oli loistava!

Hinta oli hieman kalliimman puolella, mutta oli sijainnin arvoinen. Samalla olisin toivonut vaihtolakanoita ja pyyhkeitä paikan päälle. Huone oli hieman pölyinen.

Zdecydowanie odradzam w okresie jesienno zimowym. W pokoju było zimno. Obsługa dostarczyła przenośny grzejnik który był tak głośny że nie można było zasnąć. Klimatyzacja nie ogrzewała pokoju. Mimo dobrego internetu TV nie łączy się z Netflixem czy YouTube.

Ottima soluzione in centro a Bergamo

Stanza pulita e spaziosa, bagno condiviso pulito. Self check-in abbastanza semplice grazie alle istruzioni chiare. Host reattivo. Posizione centrale. Caffè e tè a disposizione degli ospiti, insieme a set di tazze, bollitore, microonde, tostapane e macchina da caffè.

Bisogna imparare a usare la serratura della stanza e capire la chiave quanto a lungo deve entrare dentro. Imparato questo, entrare e uscire risulta facile.

Много добра локация на центъра като по улицата има заведения, кафенета и магазин. Близо до спирка за крепостта, на 15 мин пеша от гарата. Голяма обща тераса. Налично малък хладилник, мална кухня, кафе машина, климатик, тоалетни принадлежности, кърпи. Самостоятелно настаняване.

Едната спалня е още в началото на апартамента до входната врата и общите помещения с другите стаи. Втората спалня е преходна за тоалетната, като там е кухнята. Прозорците са големи френски и трудно се стоплят стаите с климатика. Комуникацията с персонала беше трудна и бавна. Наложи се аз да задавам въпроси за регистрацията и да стоим десет минути отпред преди да ми изпратят информация, как да вляза в апартамента. В общите помещинея се засякох с друг ползвател и се стреснах, че съм на грешно място. Опишете това в инструкциите.

Niestety, w nocy było dość głośno z uwagi na lokal znajdujący się pod apartamentem. Czystość w szafkach kuchennych mogłaby być lepsza (brudne talerze, rozsypane przyprawy). W łazience brakowało uchwytu na ręcznik (przy umywalce) i małej półki na kosmetyki. Kołdra do spania była niepowleczona. Pobyt ogólnie udany, ale spodziewałam się nieco wyższego standardu

Een fijne plek

Fijne kamer in idyllisch appartementencomplex met gezamenlijk dakterras nabij restaurants en supermarkt. Met openbaar vervoer goed te bereiken.

Met teveel mensen de gezamenlijke badkamer moeten gebruiken, waardoor je in de ochtend moet wachten. Alleen water beschikbaar in deze badkamer en niet bij het keukentje.

Rewelacyjna lokalizacja, piękne restauracje wokół niedrogie. W ogóle się nie zastanawiać tylko brać🙂. Łazienka wspólna, ale nawet tego nie zauważyliśmy, czyściutko, pachnąco. Właściciel przesympatyczny pięknie wprowadza w klimat włoski. Bardzo polecam.

Idealna lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko.Świetny kontakt z obiektem. Dodatkowe wiadomości pilne przez WhatsApp. Bez problemu można było w dniu zostawić bagaż na kilka godzin i później go bez problemu odebrać. Świetna instrukcja zameldowania. Apartment z prywatną łazienką i tarasem bardzo duży, spokojnie dla 4 osób lub więcej - dwie osobne sypialnie. Kuchnia świetni wyposażona , internet bez problemu.

Jedynym małym minusem jest łazienka, dosyć mała jak na wielkość apartamentu ale czysta.

- taras niemożliwy do użytku, jest wspólny z innym pokojem który jest naprzeciwko naszych okien które musiały być przez to cały czas zasłonięte. Dziwaczny lokator z naprzeciwka podglądający nas był mega creepy - woda w WC cały czas się leje, słychać to całą noc i nic nie można z tym zrobić - bezpieczniki w toalecie tuż przy łóżku, kilka razy dziennie słychać „dzwonek” domofonu, na pewno nie odpoczniesz w tym miejscu - słaby kontakt z właścicielem, 4h przed check inem pisze że jest coś nietak z dokumentem i prosi o przesłanie zdjęć dowodu na WhatsApp! Niedopuszczalne. Dodatkowo po załatwieniu sprawy oficjalną drogą kontakt się urwał i musieliśmy się dobijać telefonicznie żeby jakkolwiek zareagował już po godzinie w której mogliśmy wejść do pokoju bo nie dostaliśmy instrukcji jak. - dodatkowy TAX w wysokości aż 10% to niezłe oszustwo, nigdzie nie ma tych informacji, więc nie sugeruj się cena podana na booking bo i tak właściciel każe zapłacić większą stawkę dzień przed wyznaczoną datą

Centro de Bérgamo

La ubicación en la ciudad baja de Bérgamo es excelente. Y a 10 minutos caminando del funicular que sube a la ciudad alta. La habitación y el baño eran muy modernos y estaban limpios.

Creo que el hecho de que haya solo un baño para las habitaciones que hay queda bastante corto. En varios momentos hubo que esperar para poder ir al baño, sobre todo a la noche, lo cual resulta bastante incómodo. No obstante, todo estaba limpio. Sugeriría además que haya productos de limpieza o escobas/fregonas al alcance de los huéspedes para poder limpiar el baño si se ensucia, ya que es de uso compartido.

Локацията е на много удобно място, с близки магазини и заведения, и удобно за разглеждане на стария град (на около 20-25 мин пеша). Мястото разполага с малка кухня, където може да затоплиш храната си и да ползваш съдове, а домакинът беше оставил капсули с кафе за сутринта. Ползвахме общите баня и тоалетна, които за престоя ни там не се ползваха от други посетители и бяха много чисти. Стаята беше малка, но имаше повечето нужни неща за краткия ни престой.

Едниственият прозорец на стаята гледа към обща тераса във вътрешно пространство на етажа, където се разпространяваше много силно околния шум и беше трудно да се спи нощем, заради шумните съседи от останалата част на сградата. Също така фактът, че единственият прозорец гледа към общата тераса лишава стаята от уединение, и единственото решение е да го скриеш с щори, което прави помещението прекалено мрачно. Не намерихме място в кухнята, където да измием приборите си.
