Perfect apart from mosquitos

Everything you needed was there - great location - very clean - staff support was great - 2 bathrooms.

There were lots of mosquitoes and we both got bitten a lot at night which almost ruined our stay as we couldn’t sleep properly.

Spacious, quiet and centrally placed for seeing the city of Bergamo.

For us, we had plenty of space to relax and prepare our excursions. Perfect location for those visiting Bergamo or looking for a base to travel outwith Bergamo to see other areas. Plenty of shops and cafes beside the apartment, 5 minutes from the bus to the airport, and a short 10 minute walk to the train station.

Very good location but disappointing conditions

Very good location for exploring the city. We could leave our luggage after we checked out. Very good contact with the owners.

Although there are two bathrooms, the water pressure was so low that practically we could use only the one in the first floor. No WiFi. It was not very clean. After we checked in they requested from us to pay tourists tax(5€ per person) and cleaning tax(30€). Don’t pay it as you already paid it to Booking.

Matres was a bit hard, Shower was not the cleanist and a bottle of free water/drinks would had been nice considering the price was not cheap.

+ the rooms are very spacious, fully equipped and furnished with absolutely everything you need. + ultra central location + communication with the staff was very good.

- the upstairs bathroom is quite small and you practically have to struggle to take a shower, because there is not enough space for you to fit in, standing up straight - the window was open and there were insects in the room (spiders) - unfortunately, the cleanliness was not very good - I think it can be improved and possibly checked before the arrival of the guests.

The apartment was very clean and just like in the photos. Thw communication wirh the hosts, the check-in and check-out were very easy and smooth. Convenient location too with lots of shops and restaurants around.

Check in was confusing. Instructions through booking did not match instruction I got last minute from the host (through whatsapp). All in all the confusion was solved fast, so that is good. Airco's work well but make a lot of noise.

Everything was great, apart from the apartment's temperature, which was quite cold.

The apartment was quite cold and when to tried to regulate the temperature nothing much happened (but we didn't contact the host about this issue to be fair to them).

the place is really great and the location too. very close to the bus and train stations. seamless self-check in and check-out experience which makes it super convenient esp when one has got an early or a late flight. it had everything needed - towels, blankets, shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer, even free tea 😁 would definitely recommend

couldn't figure out how to increase the heating, tried calling the host but he never picked up, fortunately he responded when I texted him though. also the shower was odd, not “user-friendly” at all 😄
