A vacuous apartment in the central area of the town.

Just a short walk off the front street so very close to main attractions.

Perfect!

Excellent location, the best you can ask for. Very convenient, spacious, well-equipped, basically a perfect stay in this lovely town! A small grocery shop in front, a 2 minute walk to the cathedral, surrounded by colourful shops and restaurants.

One of the beds (the bunk beds) was a bit uncomfortable and claustrophobic. But honestly, it's not a big deal.

Dark and damp space in the heart of medieval toown.

Excellent location of hotel. Convenient kitchen and washing machine.

The room I had was in a low story just above ground level. The area is quite noisy at night so I was exposed to street-level drunken frolicking.. There was some sort of boisterous party group in the hotel that also contributed noise. The low level of the apartment is prone to dampness like a cellar. The room was also dark because the windows open to a narrow street.It has everything you need, but it isn’t a pleasant space to enjoy. There are iron bars on the windows which indeed made it feel like a dungeon. I checked in at 6 pm and left at 7 am. Maybe there is some sunlight in the daytime that could cheer up the space.

Great location

Excellent location. Right in the middle of Alta City. Close proximity to everything. The check-in process was seamless.

The bunker bed is not secure. There is no secure railing to prevent someone from falling, especially when we are talking about kids. The other side also has a big gap due to the radiator. The ladder to get to the upper bed is also steep. It needs changing. A small price to pay instead of an injury. Since the temperature in spring might change drastically during the night, it will need to have extra duvets for all beds. We only had 2 out of 3 beds. The ventilator in the bathroom needs some serious cleaning. The curtains need to be much darker to allow you not to wake up early in the morning. Now it is very light colour.

Absolutely perfect accommodation

Excellent location, good contact with venue staff, full facilities including hairdryer, iron and coffee machine. Of the larger things gas stove, washing machine, tv. What is important: cups, plates, cutlery in the cupboard. Table for four people in the annex-dining room. To the main street of Citta Alta 15 meters, to the shop Carrefour 17 meters (further by the width of the street ;) )

The only drawback - the toilet flush goes into a huge vibration after use, towards the end of filling the tank. But it's a matter of fine adjustment on the pipes. Next time I'm there, I'll make a pipe support to stop the whining.

Very easy to reach. De rooms are big and clean. The location is good, within 30 seconds you have reached the shopping street.

For the same reason, you can hear all the noises on the street. The isolation is not so well.

Exceptional

Excellent location, right next to ALL the eating places and main attractions of Cittá Alta (expect some noise from the nightlife and a load of bell ringing, which I absolutely love, my family got a bit longer to get used to it lol!). We stayed 2 weeks, and the cleaning team refreshed the towels and the place half way through, which was lovely. Good cooking facilities for a long term stay like ours, spacious bedroom, absolutely huge kitchen, amazing water pressure in the shower, which is absolutely what you want after a hot day. Accommodating and extremely helpful staff. We will definitely use again!

Not a criticism at all, more like a suggestion. Due to the huge size of the kitchen, an extra table in there would be lovely, although there is a very good one in the lounge already.

Stay was really good. Perfect location for adult travellers.

The location is just great. Close to shop, bus, restaurant, coffee. Apartment was well designed, clean. Easy to find. Good contact with the host.

We were traveling with small kids. Center is full of people during night and windows are not so sound proof. Unfortunately there was very warm outside but no AC inside. We had to chose between closed windows, realtive silence and hot inside or opened windows, loud but fresh air inside.

Fantastic location. Spacious, light, views of city Comfortable beds Nice to have coffee machine Parking permit was arranged which made dropping off bags easier. Owners were really helpful and made booking and arranging to get in really easy. Allowed us to leave bags after checkout so we could explore - this was a real advantage

Nothing really. Couple of broken items (lamp, socket). But for the price a lovely place to stay in the middle of the old city.

Great location. Worst place we've stayed in and we've been travelling for 3 months.

The mattress was unusable as the springs were coming through the mattress. Said it had air conditioning but it didn't. Just one very noisy portable fan. No curtains on the windows( only netting). Very noisy. People slamming doors at 2am and people outside yelling. With no curtains or sound proofing, extremely loud. No bowls so we had to use a saucepan to eat from.

Perfect location but cold and could be more comfortable.

Easy communication with the host and very easy access the flat, perfect location right in the centre. I think the company own the building. They kindly let us leave our luggage in the basement after checkout, until we left for the airport in the afternoon. Everything in the old town is close by and good restaurants within a couple minutes walk.

My sister and I stayed in the studio apartment on the ground floor. It was cold despite the weather being good, although this didn’t disturb our sleep. It isn’t very comfortable due to lack of soft furnishings and the yellow lighting. There was also a bunk bed in the room and I think the space would have felt quite uncomfortable with 4 people. This is a great place for location if you plan to spend most of the time out in the town and you didn’t mind too much about dusty corners. For us this was one of two remaining options in the Citta Alta and we thought it was fine for one night.

Everything would be wonderful if the apartment was heated. Unfortunately it was not heated and we froze to death. I recommend that the apartment be heated in advance for future tenants. Unfortunately some of us were sick after our stay there.

Apartment with an ideal location in the old town. Very atmospheric. There is a grocery market nearby. Convenient check-in self-registration. Perfectly clean. There is everything you need. Good kitchen. Heating.

I wanted to give this place the highest points until I went to sleep. There is no warm blanket on the bed, it is a thin coverlet, it is not comfortable to sleep under it in winter. We used extra coverlet from the 2 extra beds. The doublebed is very uncomfortable, you can feel the metal springs. When we are looking for a place to spend the night, the most important thing is sleep and a comfortable bed. There is also a bunk bed in the room, there is a good mattress up there, we used it to sleep, but it is for one person. No wi-fi

This is a beautiful apartment! It’s clean and has a lot of comfort items to make you feel at home. Location is perfect - a lot of restaurants around. The bed was extremely comfortable. The rooms were spacious and clean. The vintage aesthetics were awesome. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy.

Plusem jest chyba tylko cena i lokalizacja, bo apartament znajduje się tuż przy głównej ulicy.

Weszłyśmy do nieposprzątanego apartamentu, mimo że pisałyśmy o której zamierzamy być (pół godziny po początku czasu zameldowania), w grudniu bardzo zimno, wiało i ciągnęło od okien. Łazienka taka sobie, nie zachęcała do korzystania i widać było, że nie jest to najczystsze miejsce. W mieszkaniu na parterze strasznie głośno przez przejeżdżające samochody. Ogólnie mieszkanie raczej tylko jako baza wypadowa.

Para resguardarte de la lluvia bien, para dormir no.

Solo fuimos a dormir una noche. La ubicación muy buena. El apartamento contaba con todo lo necesario para pasar la noche despiertos.

Las camas muy incomodas en especial la de la litera de abajo. Se escuchaban muchos ruidos, no dormimos practicamente nada. Y la limpieza bastante deficitaria, había un montón de polvo. En resumen, fiesta de pijamas! Los acaros estaban invitados también.

Io avevo fatto presente che sarei arrivata in tardo pomeriggio. Quando sono arrivata alle 18.00 la stanza non era stata ancora pulita. La cameriera è arrivata dopo che avevo chiamato la struttura. Ha fatto i letti, ma le coperte non le ha messe. Non sono riuscita a fare funzionare la tv. Aprire la cassetta che contiene la chiave è difficoltoso. In bagno non c'è il bidè 8
