It is a property in the old town in Cita Alta, and it’s an old building, but perfectly ajust to our days. The place is near by every thing you need to visit, nice restaurats and shops. Enjoy you italian experience😍

This place shouldn't be given to tourists. It smells awful and it is not clean.

The worst apartment I've ever booked. This place shouldn't be rented to tourists! It's not a good value for money at all! Upon entering the apartment, you can smell mold, and this smell doesn't go away for the entire stay. It was also dirty and unpleasant. When we woke up, I told my family to get out as quickly as possible. My wife started coughing and sneezing when we entered, and felt sick the next day, and the children weren't feeling well. We arrived late at night and left early the next morning because it was impossible to stay inside. There were spider webs on the wall.

Little gem in a perfect location in Citta Alta

Excellent location. Close to many restaurants, bars, shops, museums and gelaterias. The apartment, whilst small, has everything you could need for a break away. Enough space for a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children). The kitchen was adequate for what we needed it for. Mainly coffees in the morning and drinks before an evening. Not far away (5 minutes) from the bus stop to go to and from the airport and main train station. Easy to follow instructions for checking in.

The photos showed blinds on the main window in the kitchen. Without these it made it difficult to get ready due to a lack of natural light. Did we hear noise in the apartment from the street...yes... Was it that disturbing.... Not really. Maybe after 7am ish when people were going to work but not aside from that.

Perfect balance of central location and peaceful ambiance!

The location was excellent—right in the very heart of the city, which made exploring incredibly easy. Despite being in the center, the place was surprisingly quiet and intimate, offering a peaceful and cozy atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Not a bad place especially because of extraordinary location.

No person available except by iPhone, rather impersonal and in inviting. I was not warned about the bedroom loft. The steps up to it were dangerous for an elderly person like me. Some bannisters or rails are needed. It was scary.

Problems with cleaning

Very good location in the center of the Old Town.

When we arrived at the check in hour the room was not clean. The people in charge with the cleaning arrived after, forcing us to leave the apartments for one hour. The apartment looks much better in photos than in real life.

Perfect!

This was perfect. We landed at midnight for a quick stopover in Bergamo. We wanted to wake up in the beautiful Citte Alto (spelling!) and wow, you walk out of the apartment and you feel almost like a local! It's a small apartment, but that's not the point, it's a converted room - from what I don't know but maybe a cold store, seemingly centuries old. Access is easy via a code, and there's also luggage storage which again is perfect if you're using Bergamo for a quick stop. Brilliant, highly recommended. It feels like your own little house with all the facilities.

Only small detail is the bed, a little hard, but don't let that put you off if your stay is for a night or two. It's really cute anyway!

Disappointing

THE SECOND FLAT! THE FIRST FLAT WAS ICE COLD - REALY ICE COLD (the one on the picture...). THE TEMPERATUR OUTSIDE WAS ABOUT 2, 4 Degrée AND WE WANTED TO CHANCE THE FLAT. Then we could chance the flat.

Was very cold inside the property. in the living room and bathroom were super cold, there are some heater to warmer the place but isn’t enough. I thought that the price I had paid is not worth. The picture of the place is more beautiful than you find there I paid the same price in a Hotel with more structure. Should be cheaper.

Alessandro was great. He picked us up from airport in the middle of the night that was very comfortable. The location is just perfect in the center of the old town. Just few minitus walking from bus 1 station thats take you to down town center. 3 min walking from the appartment is the best pizza restaraunt in Bergamo Da Mimmo, must to try. We left our car at down town parking for 15 euro/24 h. Piazza liberta. From parking we took num. 1 bus till old town and then 5 min. Walking to appartment.

Superb

Locations is just amazing - it is in the midle of the old town! Nearby you can find small shops, restaraunts and buss station. Place is nicly decoreted. Alessandro is very frendly host - he replaide to all our messages very fast and picked us up from the airport. All in all I would recomend it!

Although bed sheets and towels were fresh, floors were clean, there was some dust on the ceiling which was visible from upper level. Do not count on breakfast - it was very poor.

Quasi terribile, non la raccomanderei a meno che sistemi quelle piccole cose.

La posizione dove si trova è bella, si raggiunge rapidamente le zone da visitare, che sono bellissime. Cosa importante da comunicare quella zona per forza c’è bisogno del permesso ZTL onde evitare salde multe.

Purtroppo devo dire che la polvere ovunque per niente pulito e l’odore di umido non aiutavano; essendo allergica non sono stata nel mio comfort. La cucina non aveva le tende, si affaccia al cortile e inoltre non c’era ne anche una bustina di tè o cialda per farsi al volo.
