Lovely apartment that allowed us have a wonderful time in the city.

Perfectly placed with access to everything the town had to offer.

Though we knew about them in advance we did not realize how many flights of stairs. Only a problem because I am in my late seventies and no longer that fit.

Nice idea bad execution/comfort

- location is great - self check in very easy and well explained - interesting apartment concept but poorly executed

- communication after check in was lacking; our WiFi didn't work and we reached out over WhatsApp as noted by the host; the host replied he will check what is wrong but never followed up with us; we found out on our own there was general outage in the Bergamo Alta area - in the morning of our check out a person came 10 mins before the check out time and stood in front of the door with fresh towels. we felt extremely uncomfortable and under pressure although we were going to check out in time - this person didn't even make contact, ask about our stay or anything else - rude and unpleasent vibe - air conditioning not sufficient for the space - only one small air conditioner on the top floor, it's not enough to cool the whole space hence it was very unpleasent to sleep on the loft; the space needs more air conditioning, especially in summer months - bed linen was cheap and uncomfortable, synthetic material and some pilow cases were missing - NOT properly cleaned - mold in the shower, leftover stuff in the fridge from previous guests (opened), kitchen counters dirty, dishes on the upper floor in the bedroom, dirty windows, dead flies... you could tell the place wasn't cleaned properly

Clean, comfortable apartment in ideal central location

Good communication and directions from host which made arrival easy. Comfortable clean apartment in a good location close to funicular station, shops and restaurants. Just as shown in photos. Apartment is located on the top floor which provides good views - but guests should be aware of the stairs to climb. This however was not an issue for us.

Localização perfeita.

A casa não estava limpa. Os lençóis não haviam sido trocados com a saída do último hóspede; estavam amarrotados e com algumas marcas de uso. O anfitrião foi alertado para a necessidade de fazer a troca dos lencóis mas não houve essa disponibilidade. Precisa de alguma manutenção e uma limpeza cuidada.

Bellissimo appartamento nel centro storico di Bergamo Alta. Struttura accogliente e pulita con tutte le comodità. Staff disponibile e pronto a rispondere ad ogni richiesta in modo tempestivo e efficace. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Da ritornarci !
