We felt really cared for in this immaculate and unusual apartment.

Wonderfully located in a quiet street in the old town. Emy was amazingly helpful and kind, responding rapidly to any request for information or help. And I have never seen a cleaner property!

Not ideal for two friends who don't want to sleep in the same room, as the other bedroom is an open mezzanine. The decor is unusual and personal, and may not be to everyone's taste. It marred the style and sparkle to have, in the main room, an array of plastic rubbish bins very boldly marked to triage everything that was thrown out. Although I absolutely understand why!

I would come back!

The property is very well located, clean and has got more than everything you may need for short or longer stay. The owner, Emy, is very friendly, helpful and communicative. She is local and knows every place, restaurant, shop, museum etc. The apartment is located 5min walking from the main street in Citta Alta, but in very calm and silent street. There is great restaurant just on the corner, with really good food.

A perfect stay if u have no mobility issues

A lovely, cozy 2 story townhouse. Spotlessly clean. A home from home. Emy was a really excellent host and was very helpful.

For anyone with mobility issues, the stairs were quite high for ascending and descending. I feel that a gate at the top of the stairs (to prevent a fall) would be a good idea as two beds are at the top of the stairs. Also, we found that the walk into the city centre was a struggle as the hills were extremely steep for us, as two of us have mobility issues. So we really struggled to get up the hills.

Nice place to stay in Citta Alta

1. Communication. .The host is very kind and helpful, she sent information before our arrival, how to reach and how to find the apartment, gave us great recommendations for place to visit, to eat and etc. She was always available by phone, messages, when we had questions. We met her personally, a very nice person, we had a wonderfull conversation, she even gave us a ride because we were late to the restaurant on the night of our arrival. Maps and other tourist information is available in apartment. 2. Location. In my opinion, it is ideal – 5-10 minutes to the old center of Bergamo, with wonderful restaurants, cafes, shops, at the same time no noise and crowds of people, real relax and good sleep at night. We felt very safe at night. 3. Apartment. Super super clean, cozy, everything has been thought of. Good kitchen equipment, there is everything to cook, if anyone can resist Italian restaurants, there are coffee, tea, and various sweets. Beds are comfortable, plenty of good quality towels, bathroom facilities are very good. . 4. We really liked this place, excellent price-quality ratio, I sincerely recommend it.

Central location, quiet street, well equipped

In a perfect location, quiet yet near the centre of Citta Alta. Ideal for our family group, well appointed. Four single beds - unusual and useful. Emy was most welcoming and helpful. Separate living room/kitchen. Good shower in well equipped bathroom, generous, soft towels. Dishwasher and washing machine - everything we needed for our city break!

We had a great time in Bergamo great food and atmosphere and perfect weather.

The host was very friendly and informative. The apartment was spotless and s great location.

It said there were 2 bedrooms but one was on a landing and you had to go through the other bedroom to use the toilet / bathroom not ideal for 2 couples sharing.

Cute, affordable apartment in a fantastic location in the charming old city.

You can't beat the location of this cute apartment, right in the middle of the old city, one of the most beautiful, interesting areas we saw on our two-week trip. Emy, the owner was great and accommodating. The place met our needs and was very clean, cute and affordable.

Access to the only bathroom was through the main bedroom making this place best for families. The beds have quilts, but no top sheets. I recommend adding top sheets to the beds.

Great location! Very close to the upper city and away from the tourist crowds. Very nice host, she even brought us a bottle of vine, thank you Emy! She was always in touch and interested in being useful.

A little dark inside. That was definitely my fault that I didn’t notice information that the toilet is in one bedroom and it’s not comfortable at all for everybody if you are with your friends.

Our host was so nice it was like staying with family. She is so kind and so hospitable- wonderful.

Emy met us and handed the keys to us. We accidentally turned off the boiler and she came immediately to help us. She also helped us organise a taxi to and from the airport.

Het is een schoon klein huisje en is voor 4 personen groot genoeg voor een paar nachten. Het bestaat uit een soort woonkeuken en 2 aparte slaapkamers. Het is rustig en gunstig gelegen in het oude gedeelte van het mooie Bergamo

Voor een langer verblijf niet zo geschikt omdat het woongedeelte niet ruim is .

Sehr schöne, große und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft in der Altstadt

Die Lage war fantastisch und es war alles vorhanden an Ausstattung, Espresso, Spüli etc. Alles sehr sauber. Wir bekamen viele gute Tipps und Emy hat immer sofort und freundlich geantwortet. Einen super Parkplatz für unseren Camper hat sie auch organisiert.

Nur, dass es etwas dunkel in der Wohnküche war. Das liegt an der Altstadt Lage und gehört dazu.

L'appartement est très bien située mais au calme. Emy est adorable, elle avait tout préparé (carte de Bergame, adresses de restaurant, etc..). Nous avons récupérer les clés sans problème. L'appartement est bien équipé, il y a tout ce qu'il faut.

Mi è piaciuto molto la divisione della zona giorno dalla zona notte e la cura nell'arredare ogni particolare. L'appartamento è pulitissimo e a soli 5 minuti a piedi dal cuore di Città Alta. Emy è stata perfetta nelle istruzioni, sempre gentile e disponibile.

La anfitriona es encantadora muy atenta y amable y Bérgamo es precioso

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, muy limpio, y muy bien equipado, Emy nos dejó café y galletitas para tomar, lo cual se agradece mucho. El aseo también está muy bien, con jabones varios y secador de pelo. Está muy limpio y es espacioso.

La única pega por poner alguna, es que las habitaciones y el aseo están en la planta de arriba, una de las personas que hemos ido tenía una lesión en la rodilla y subir y bajar escaleras no es muy cómodo, pero si no tienes ninguna dolencia no hay problema.
