very soft bed very early check-out at 9 am online check in is mandatory, otherwise no access Information is shared by the landlord, sending ID photo is not enough, you need to type in all the info by yourself (ca 5 min/ person) kitchen is not well-equipped you talk to a chat boot,

Exceptional apartment and location. The apartment is huge. There are frescoes in all the rooms. The view over the city is just stunning night or day. Extremely clean. Location is very central in Citta Alta and very close to the funicolare which brings people up from Citta Bassa.
Maybe a blind or curtain for the windows but I'm undecided maybe it would take away from the appearance. The mattress has a slight hollow forming in the middle.

Nice apartment, good location, quiet
1. Mattress was very uncomfortable 2. It would be useful to have additional pillows 3. Additional seating eg armchair would make it more comfortable 4. Some reading lights in living room and bedroom would be great 5. It would be nice if more coffee, tea and simple condiments like salt and pepper and even some olive oil would be fantastic
