A lovely stay in Casa Viola.

The amount of space and decor were great. It was a very comfortable and lovable apartment.

Only things missing were … air conditioning in the bedrooms (it was hot) An iron A full length mirror.

The apartment was immaculate, beautifully designed, and even better than the photos. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making it a truly comfortable and stylish stay. And the host? Let’s just say hospitality isn’t the only thing they excel at! Professional, welcoming, and always available if needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will absolutely be coming back. Highly recommended!

Wonderful stay in a gem of a city

Our host, Gianni, welcomed us warmly, even though our flight was late and delayed. He had wonderful recommendations for us, where to have breakfast, where to taste truly delicious local food. We were most kindly allowed a late check out. Gianni was a genuine host, who looked after us extremely well.

We had the most wonderful experience booking Casa Viola! The place itself was absolutely fantastic, and the owner made it even more special. The accommodations at Casa Viola were beyond expectations. The house was beautifully designed and decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Everything was impeccably clean, and it was evident that a lot of care and attention to detail went into making the place comfortable for guests. The location was perfect. Upon arrival, the owner personally welcomed me and provided insightful recommendations for local attractions and dining options. Their passion for the area and genuine care for their guests shone through in every interaction. I highly recommend booking Casa Viola to anyone looking for a charming and comfortable retreat. Great place, great stay, we loved it!

This place has no cons! This spacious apartment of superior category offers 3 bedroms, every each of them with private bathroom with shower (there is one with shower and bath), bidet, hairdryer. It is capable to accomodate up to 9 people. Our group of 6 adults and 2 kids felt great there, beds are comfortable, shared area with amchairs and big table was great to spent time together. All apartment is clean, equipement is new and of the highest quality. We had some sweets, water, coffee and even tea (!) available for our use. There is single parking space avaialble at the yard, but in case you need to park two cars, like us, there are plenty of parking spaces at Via Borgo Palazzo, if you walk in direction oposite to the city center, and it only costs 1,5 euro/ hour to leave the car. Apartment is more than quite, beds are comfortable, we felt there really great and it overcame our expectations. Giovanni is the kindest and we wish him good luck with this business. We would like to come back to this place in the future and we recommend it to everyone!

Giovanni è un host super! Casa perfetta per un gruppo di 7 adulti. Posizione centrale, ma in zona tranquilla. Curata in tutti i dettagli: prodotti bagno, utensili cucina, elettrodomestici e prodotti per essere autonomi per tutto il soggiorno. Parcheggio auto sotto l’appartamento. In più Giovanni ci ha trovato un secondo parcheggio extra a pagamento attaccato alla struttura.

Eine mit viel Liebe eingerichtete Wohnung. Wir waren 6 Personen und haben sehr komfortabel gewohnt. Jedes Zimmer mit eigenem Bad und WC. Perfekte Lage - das Zentrum und die Altstadt fußläufig erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bar‘s, Restaurants gleich ums Eck.

Einziges kleines Detail: Wir haben ein Abendessen gekocht dabei fiel der Strom für das gesamte Appartement aus.

Un petit joyau d’appartement pour découvrir cette magnifique ville de Bergame.

Emplacement calme et sûr tout près d’une zone piétonne très agréable, appartement spacieux avec de grandes chambres et de grandes salles de bain. Nous étions une famille de huit personnes (2 grands parents, 4 adolescentes, 2 parents) et c’était vraiment adapté pour nous. Très bonne boulangerie à 3 minutes à pied, tout comme un supermarché. Tous les centres d’intérêt à 10-15-20-25 minutes à pied. Propriétaire adorable qui nous a donné de très bonnes adresses.

El alojamiento está impecable, recientemente reformado con mucho gusto y personalidad, nada que ver con los apartamentos con muebles básicos de Ikea. Las habitaciones muy amplias con camas súper cómodas y temperatura muy agradable. El baño con todo lo necesario, gel, champú, secador, body milk… en fin, un montón de detalles. Además, tiene una cocina común en la que puedes tomar café gratis y cocinar lo que necesites. A nosotros nos recibió Gaia y nos lo explicó todo, pero Giovanni estuvo muy atento, escribiéndonos e interesándose por nosotros. Nos permitió dejar las maletas hasta la hora de nuestro vuelo, lo cual es de agradecer. Hemos estado con nuestras dos niñas y han estado contentísimas.
