Meticulous apartment close to major sites in Città Bassa

Safe, secure, on- site parking and an elevator were a plus. Nicely appointed apartment in a location that was close to restaurants and key sites in Città Bassa. Easy access to public bus lines as well. We'd stay here again!

A good option for a family with kids.

Large and clean family apartment with many amenities and very good location. Good connections with public transport. We appreciated e.g. the two separate bedrooms (in 100m2 apt.) washing machine and drier combo, well equipped kitchen and Netflix.

There was some miscommunication among the staff. There was no possibility to take out the trash by yourself, but you must sent a message to staff when you wanted it to be done. We sent a message and it was confirmed , but it didn't happen and we had to send a new message next day. The staff was however, very nice and communicative.

We very much enjoyed our visit to Bergamo and the UNESCO Heritage site up on the hill. We had a fabulous lunch there and

The unit was very clean and seemed quite new. We king bed was two twins put together and they were quite comfortable. We slept well. The kitchen was properly equipped with utensils, dishes etc. There were many bottles of wine with price tags on them that you could purchase. We did not do that because we already had our own wine. The decor was extremely minimalist and rather sterile. The parking was great and the building seemed newly renovated and quite safe.

I was very surprised that there were not any paper towels, napkins, tissue, only TP. Not even a dish towel. I had to request one and it was quite ratty. In my opinion, these things are essentials that everybody needs and they should be furnished particularly for what you pay for this unit.

Everything to be honest. The apartment was spacious,spotless and absolutely perfect for the train station and many restaurants. We had a car and the secure car park was perfect

Perfect apartment for a family which is close to the train station and accessible to the old city

Modern, clean and large apartment with comfortable beds and very close to the number 1 bus which takes you straight to either the funicular or near the top of the old city (before the trek up to San Vigilio castle). The hosts were very responsive and the breakfast (extra cost) in the main hotel 3 minutes was excellent.

Marvellous

This is a refurbished building from the 1920 with amazing amenities, very upmarket and tasteful decor. spacious rooms and in our case with a large terrace. It's only a few minutes walk to the main shopping area with cafes and restaurants.

Maintenance staff should check the water level of the condensation dryer and remove the lint. Other than that we were very happy. Thanks a lot.

Apartment is perfect equipped. Enough space, cosy, really clean. It is really high standard of beds. Also location is amazing if you travel by train or bus. Highly recommended for peoole who would like to visit more than only Bergamo.

Danielle the host/ manager was very helpful and very welcoming. Had a massage arranged in-house and was very good.

The location, while safe with the police station just right across from the building, is a little removed from the center.

Spacious apartment. All facilities including utensils of kitchen, washing machine,hover etc. Fredrico was great and very helpful.

The WiFi was inconsistent but after we informed Fredrico he was quick to resolve the issue

Immaculate, spacious and secure apartment.

Immaculate, spacious, smart, secure apartment. I have never stayed in such an apartment before. I have visited several continents and stayed in many many apartments, but nothing even close to this one. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Words don’t do it justice at all. My kids wanted to stay in it a little longer. We all didn’t want to check out; we hoped that we could change our travel plans and extend our stay for more days. If I am ever in Bergamo again, I know where to stay!.

We loved everything. The welcome, the location, the facilities. The quality of finishes are 5 star. So beautifully decorated. The photos don’t do it justice. It also feels very secure. I could not recommend this enough. I can’t wait to return.
