Eine wirklich tolle Wohnung, gut eingerichtet, sehr sauber, man hat alles, was man braucht. Die Lage ist super. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich. Man kann alles über WhatsApp erledigen.

If it were possible to give this accommodation 11 points, we would award them without hesitation. The customer service provided by Anna and her colleague Ele, including their attention to every detail, is simply incredible. Ele gave us the keys, showed us around the entire apartment in great detail, and then helped us park our car, since the accommodation is located in a ZTL parking zone. Among other things, upon arrival we discovered that our car wouldn’t fit in the parking garage due to its height. Despite our late-night arrival, both ladies very quickly checked the availability of a suitable alternative and helped us find and secure a suitable and safe place to park our car. At the same time, they provided us with many insider tips on tried-and-true dining spots in the local food scene, as well as suggestions for interesting day trips. Thank you once again for the exceptional care during our stay.
