Location is what you pay for here - its exceptional, in the heart of Citta Alta (old town) with lots of lovely restaurants & bars & across from Funicular which gives easy & quick access to Citta Bassa (new town). Air conditioning is a great plus here too. Communication good with hosts & importantly it was clean.

The stairs of this building is not very pretty & a little smelly but its not a major issue. The apartment was a little tight for us with 2 teenagers but manageable. The sitting room is tiny so no real communal area. Water turns hot & cold while showering. Recommendations for improvements to enhance the experience better for future guests would be: better pillows as they are old & flat, making sleeping a little uncomfortable, long mirrors for getting ready, more/better clothes hanging facilities & a washing machine would have been useful - in general more focus on functionality within this small space as opposed to outdated ornaments /pictures. We stayed a week so for shorter stays these might not be a priority to others. Although we have listed a number of negatives we still enjoyed our stay here, it honestly just needs a little updating to make it better value for the money. Thank you.
