Location of the apartment is great. It's a walking distance from the train and bus station and all local attractions. Host Flavio is also extremely kind and responsive, he immediately brought us some supplies for the apartment after we requested them. The apartment is quite chic in terms of interior design and it is equipped with everything needed for a short-term stay. We also appreciated fresh Lavazza coffee every day that we prepared from pods provided by the host.

The general cleanliness of the apartment could be better, especially of the bathroom. Although the apartment building is well maintained and secure, it is old and it is somewhat expected that there will be issues with mold. The bathroom doesn't have external windows as it has been added within the living room. There are issues with dampness and mold on the bathroom ceiling - these issues can be resolved with some specific insulation and coatings. The floors and tiles did not appear to be cleaned in a while, but that can be easily improved.
