Good, not perfect

The house has good areas and was renovated focusing on practicality. It’s no great to larger groups. We were 9 but the hot water went out after 3 showers and the only place to eat is a small table on the kitchen with 4 chairs. The street is a little noisy and the windows don’t isolate the sound that well. The place was spotless clean and the host was quick to reply.

The location was great, few minutes walking distance from the train station. The apartment and the rooms were quite spacious and very comfortable.

Molto comodo e confortevole

Tutto ottimo. Eravamo un gruppo di 9 persone e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Molto spazioso, vicino al parcheggio centrale della stazione. Dotato di tutti i comfort.

Nulla di catastrofico, ma l'acqua durante la doccia usciva molto fredda e non capivamo a cosa fosse dovuto. Abbiamo preferito non toccare nulla e lasciarla così.

Capodanno a Bergamo

Stanze grandi e spaziose, perfette per un gran numero di persone con due bagni serviti di tutto.

Nell’appartamento non era presente nè una scopa nè uno straccio per pulire un po’ in giro, avendo fatto solo due notti siamo riusciti un po’ ad arrangiarci, ma essendo 8 persone già alla seconda notte abbiamo dovuto acquistare stracci e scopa per rendere un minimo decente l’appartamento. Oltretutto non erano presenti neanche abbastanza piatti e sedie all’interno dell’appartamento, perció visto che comunque è una bella struttura consiglio di rivedere questi punti e risolvere i problemi.

Grand apparement tout équipé idéalement situé et parfaitement aménagé pour une grande famille. Nous étions 10 personnes et nous avons tous dormi confortablement. Personnel très réactif. Parking couvert à proximité.

Localisation de l'appartement, chambres/couchages et salles de bain parfaitement adaptées à notre groupe de 10 personnes.

Seulement 4 chaises et une toute petite table dans la cuisine. Peu d'ustensiles de cuisine. Il est donc impossible de prendre un repas sur place. Quasiment plus d'eau chaude après 4 douches. Instructions uniquement en anglais, alors que nous sommes en Italie. Il serait utile de prévoir un deuxième jeu de clés à l'intérieur

Rent. Lett å sjekke inn/ut. Veldig god location. Fikk kjapt svar når vi trengte litt info. Godt utstyrt leilighet. Perfekt for en familietur som vi var på.

El apartamento era amplio y estaba cerca del centro.

El barrio en el que se encuentra, se siente bastante inseguro por la noche. Se nos acercó un grupo de gente que daban un poco de miedo, seguramente, drogadictos...

Absolute aanrader!!

Het appartement was echt super ruim en de faciliteiten zeer goed. De airco was heerlijk na een hete dag, net zoals de douche. De locatie was ook top, het appartement was 8min lopen vanaf het centraal station en zit iets van 10min af van het centrum. De oude stad was een halfuurtje lopen. Bergamo zelf had ons ook erg gecharmeerd, wat een mooie en gezellige stad! Wat we ook leuk vonden was de tourist guide die de accommodatie ons had gestuurd, deze was erg gedetailleerd. Absoluut een aanrader!

Het contact met de accommodatie was soms wat vaag, we kregen pas 5min voor onze incheck-tijd de informatie over hoe we naar binnen konden komen etc. We mochten later uitchecken, maar het contact daarover was wat onduidelijk. Daarnaast konden de badkamerdeuren niet op slot.

El ruido de la calle porque las ventanas no aíslan bien, y una de las habitaciones, la más pequeña le falta alguna silla y alguna percha, y tampoco tiene armario, nosotros estuvimos una noche pero para estancias más largas es incómodo porque la ropa no se puede colocar, y falta también un microondas en la cocina

Не получихме указание къде е апартаментът. Чакахме 2 часа някой да ни упъти на кой етаж и кой е апартаментът. Името му Golden House на нито един апартамент не беше изписано и нямаше табелка из цялата сграда. Проверихме всички апартаменти, по всички етажи, но никъде не беше изписано посоченото ни име Golden House. Звъняхме много пъти на посочения телефон, никой не вдигаше, обажда се само телефонен секретар. Питахме съседи, всички вдигаха рамене и не знаеха. Golden House беше изписано само отвън на сградата на звънец, звъняхме, но без резултат. Изнервени, накрая случайно тропнахме на един апартамент на партера и жената ни посочи кой е апартамента, говори по телефона по друг номер - не този от сайта, и ни каза как да влезем! Това беше на 20.декември от 14.30 до 17 часа, а едва днес, 21. декември, следобед получих информация къде е апартамента и как да влезем в него. На 21, когато бяхме вече в Португалия, получихме информация на WhatsApp. На посочения апартамент от жената пишеше Holiday House! Опитахме да пишем през линка до апартамента, но линкът в booking не работеше.
