Everything super spacious had everything you could possibly need or want host went above and beyond nothing was toouch trouble celebrated my mothers 60th birthday here and we had a fantastic time nothing was too much for the host easy to contact and knowledgeable about the city would definitely stay here again

Well-located apartment in Bergamo’s lower city

We stayed at Anna’s apartment after a night near the airport, and the location was excellent — right in the lower city, with easy access to shops and transport. The apartment itself is functional and fine for a short stay. The double beds were quite firm and felt like spring mattresses, which may not suit everyone. The single beds, on the other hand, were more comfortable. Pillows were very particular — definitely a matter of personal taste. Overall, it’s an okay place if you prioritize location and don’t mind firm bedding. Not luxurious, but practical.

Size and location, cleanliness, door code entry system, massive TV! Anna was so helpful on a couple of issues which was much appreciated

No shampoo etc in the bathrooms, no tea towels in the kitchen. One of the toilets was a bit smelly.

Everything was great, spasious stylish apartment, big enough for big family or group of friends, perfect location, comfortable beds, warm, cosy and quet. We felt very welcomed with a huge delisious panettone waiting for us )

Very beautiful and spacious apartment.

Super good location next to a good cafe for morning croissants and coffee and a restaurant with great food and service. There is also a train station and many restaurants not far away. The city center and the old town are a pleasant walk away. The apartment is large and spacious, with comfortable beds and a large kitchen.

Brilliant app in Bergamo

The size of the apartment - one of the biggest apartments I have stayed in the region. Very clean, with all amenities. Great choice for a family trip and the hosts were extremely helpful with suggestions for good food close to the place.

Cozy apartment, everything you need was there. We were met by Roberto - he was very friendly and helpful, gave us a lot of useful tips on spending time in Bergamo, quickly answered our questions.

Unfortunately, there was an accident the day before our arrival and we didn't have hot water during our stay. However, it should be noted that host tried quickly solve this problem and even offered compensation for the inconvenience (we refused it).

Large, bright, comfortable apartment in a good location for exploring the City.

Communication with Rob and Anna was very good. Rob met us on our arrival and was very nice. He later text us with some restuarant ideas which was really helpful. The apartment was lovely and clean and very spacious. We used a pan to boil water and the oven to grill bread for morning toast. The apartment is very central making it an easy walk to railway station and also around Bergamo itself. We used the bus and the funicular to get up to the Old town.

There was quite a bit of traffic noise so you couldnt sleep with windows open. When windows were all fully closed there was good sound reduction. It would be nice to have a folder of information in the apartment with maps detailing supermarket etc A kettle would be nice.

Great location to see Bergamo.

Clean, spacious, close to the bus and rail network. Rob was super and couldn’t do enough for us. Apartment is on the third floor with a lift. We had a manual wheelchair user and lift was tight but accessible.

Lovely smart well decorated apartment, very attractive and comfortable. Also plenty of excellent equipment in the kitchen. Bright and clean, really elegant. Roberto was kind, welcoming and friendly.

The only issue was the air conditioning. It was noisy and did not reduce temperature

Wszyscy jesteśmy zachwyceni standardami jakie zastaliśmy w obiekcie Anna Home Bergamo Deluxe Apartment. Pani Anna Gospodarz była bardzo pomocna, zostawiła jasną czytelną instrukcję wejścia do apartamentu, mieszkanie było bardzo dobrze wyposażone i czyste. Bardzo polecam Panią Anne.

Gražus, erdvus butas. Puiki lokacija, šalia traukinių, autobusų stotys. Virtuvėje yra viskas ko reikia, jei maistą norite ruošti patys. Nuostabi šeimininkė, labai maloniai bendravo, atsakė į visus rūpimus klausimus. Sėkmės, Anna :)
