Needs to focus on Guests Needs and wants

Nice location, very nice staff we got ealry check in at 2:00pm . And got quickly reply on WhatsApp.

On second day , I requested for more sugar and Remote control for Tv . But i got reply that they don't have staff it was 7:00 pm . I think they should need late mid for better service. But on the next day i was disappointed when this requests were not fulfilled. We stay for 3 nights (4days) but our bedlinen was not changed. We stayed on same linen. Apparently, when we were leaving the Apartment, A lady cleaner was laughing on us saying that we made more mess ,She was clapping on us , she didn't understand English but was very rude to us . Thats very bad she has no right to laugh on our privacy. We paid huge amounts on this to live freely.

Disappointed with the size of the accommodation.

Property was described as a 1 bedroom house. It was only 1 bedroom/ living room combined with 1 double bed a bed settee. Not ideal for 3 adults. I feel that the cost was very expensive for 1 room and that it was wrongly advertised

The check-in and communication was seamless and all was very smooth, the location and the apartment was great we even enjoyed walking around at night! The apartment was modern,clean and spacious, would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Gatto Bianco Bergamo Apartment. The host was wonderful, very helpful and couldn’t have done more for us. He welcomed us in and showed us how to use the air conditioning, gave us directions to nearby areas, allowed us to gain entry to the apartment earlier and kept our luggage in the reception on our last day so that we were able to enjoy a last walk. He booked us a taxi to the airport as not many locals in the area spoke English. The host really made us feel comfortable and made the whole trip less stressful. I would definitely book this stay again and would recommend to everyone! Thank you!!

Struttura moderna, accogliente e pulita. Quasi di lusso. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. Posizione centrale.

TRUFFA

Mai vista una porta ( che si apre) dietro uno specchio appoggiato a muro. Il bagno gelido perché la porta dava all’esterno I codici delle porte funzionano quando conviene a loro e sono rimasto fuori la camera per 30 minuti. Tornato da una cena, sono rientrato e la porta non si apriva. Dopo 30 minuti riesco a entrare in camera e mi accorgo che lo specchio del bagno l’ha spostato , e andando a controllare, mi accorgo che c’era una porta aperta dietro lo specchio. QUALCUNO É ENTRATO IN CAMERA E MI HA PURE DERUBATO DEI CONTANTI CHE AVEVO CON ME.

Soggiorno confortevole

Appartamento pulitissimo e dotato di tutti i comfort. Ho apprezzato nello specifico il bagno, perfettamente ristrutturato e ben tenuto, di gusto, accogliente e con una super doccia! Letto molto comodo, asciugamani soffici e coccole a non finire. Uno dei migliori soggiorni di sempre

Appartement très comfortable et bon style

L'emplacement est très bien. Aussi calme. Le comfort est excellent. Le style, la propreté impéccable. C'est un super hébergement que je recommande!

Personellement je préfère voyager ayant 'a host' en personne et ne pas avoir affaire uniquement à une application. (Mais bon, avec la course à l'efficacité et la numérisation forcée partout, nous, clients/consommateurs/citoyens, on nous ne demande pas notre avis..) Le chauffage se règlait par un thermostat totalement numérique, il chauffait tout le temps et je ne savais pas l'arreter. Et pas de mode d'emploi dans l'appartement. Ce n'est pas chouette de ne pas avoir de contact au cas ou question ou problème..

1. On ne répond jamais à nos questions 2. On n’a pas dormi : les voisins du dessus étaient très bruyants : la télé a fond l’après midi : on n’a pas pu profiter de la terrasse et la nuit jusqu’à très tard la télé hurlait même pendant leur douche de 40 minutes à 11 h le soir
