The location was excellent, the facilities were very good, and the apartment was modern, comfortable, and well equipped.

The apartment itself was fine, but the check-in experience completely ruined the arrival. I had paid the FULL amount of the reservation months before arriving, yet Emily refused to give access to the apartment until the city tax was paid. I have no issue paying the tourist tax at all, but it is unacceptable to wait until guests are tired and standing outside the apartment with luggage to communicate this. In every other accommodation during my trip, I was allowed to enter first and then politely reminded to complete the tourist tax payment afterward. Here, access was blocked entirely. What made the situation even more frustrating is that Emily had already sent the self check-in instructions and the access code in the morning, which I followed correctly, but then removed the code while I was standing in front of the apartment door. Very disappointing handling of the check-in process and poor guest experience.

Shower was broken . When you switch on both hand shower and head top shower worked at same time.. could not wash without getting wet of the hair. The switch was broken

Stanchi dal viaggio non abbiamo trovato neanche il set degli asciugamani per entrambi per lavarci ma solo due singoli di odore poco gradevole . La doccia buia senza luce e decisamente vetusta e scassata . Al mattino il personale delle pulizie che ha tentato ripetutamente più volte di forzare per entrare finché non è riuscito ad aprire ma, fortunatamente avevamo messo il blocco superiore. Non si sono scusati ma anzi mi hanno quasi accusato di non aver la chiave finché non l ho mostrata. Assurdo! Non contenti di aver disturbato notevolmente in anticipo e ripetutamente sia con la porta sia sbattendo e spostando cose negli altri alloggi senza rispetto hanno avuto da ridire quando ho chiesto un pochino di tempo in più per prepararci visto il disagio con un asciugamani a testa . Erano le 10.15 .
