Very convenient!

Great location, free parking, helpful host, water and coffee offered, washing machine, clean and spacious apartment. Sergio gave us information about the area.

The mattress could be better. There was central heating in the building but during the night it was off and there was an air condition which was not able to heat the entire apartment. We weren’t informed about the extra city taxes, the guests should always be notified in advance regarding these issues.

I definitely recommended this place and we'll come back again if we go to Bergamo!

The location was close to the center, easily accessible by foot. The flat was very spacious, clean, fashionably furnished. I definitely recommend this apartment to families or friends company. Very kind and responsive owner who was ready to take us to the airport in the middle of the night as he failed to call a taxi. He was our superhero and saved our girls trip to Italy!

Nice stay

Very clean, comfortable for 5 persons. Nice kitchen. The master bedroom is nice and cosy. They sent us a detailed video of how to get to the apartment. That was helpful. They offered two bottles of water upon arrival, which was nice and appreciated.

The apartment is on the 6th floor but the lift goes up to the fifth floor. If you carry a lot of luggage it could be a hassle. There is one small A/C in the living room (none in the bedrooms) and a fan in one of the bedrooms. Not enough to cover the apartment on a hot summer day. The windows are near the ceiling, no view. We stayed for one night. Overall we had a good experience.

We had the perfect stay!

Sergio‘s home is one of the best places we've ever stayed at. When it comes to cleanliness, I’d give it 11 out of 10 – everything was spotless! The home is stylishly arranged and has everything – truly everything – you might need. On top of that, the communication with our host was wonderful, and he was incredibly understanding. We needed to check in earlier and check out later, and it was no problem at all for Sergio. We were traveling with three children. We highly recommend this place! As an extra bonus – there’s a fantastic pizza bakery just around the corner! ;)

Nos gustó absolutamente todo. Sergio, el dueño, siempre estuvo pendiente de nosotras y a cada duda que teníamos nos la resolvía rapidamente. Se nos olvidó un AirPod en el apartamento y según se lo comenté, me lo envió rápidamente y muy protegido. Estoy muy agradecida. Tanto el apartamento como el dueño de 💯. Sin duda repetiremos.

Facile d'accès, explications très précises, logement situé environ à 20 minutes à pieds de la cité

Notre hôte avait mis à notre disposition des dosettes de café et de thé, et des bouteilles d'eau, bien que nous n'ayons passé qu'une nuit dans cet hébergement, très propre avec des lits confortables, bien équipé pour un séjour plus long éventuellement. Situé à environ 20 minutes à pieds de la gare et 20 minutes à pieds de la cité médiévale.

El apartamento es sensacional, la decoración, limpieza y detalles como botellas de agua o juegos para los niños, café o té y la cocina tiene todos los electrodomésticos que puedas necesitar

El único pero se lo pondría a la presión del agua en la ducha, pero tampoco fue un problema insalvable

- w mieszkaniu było bardzo zimno ! Z trudnością można było się wykąpać. Grzejniki były zimne mimo odkręcenia ich na „5”. Klimatyzacji też nie można było przełączyć na grzanie. - grzyb w łazience…

Mi-a plăcut totul. Cazarea a fost peste așteptări. Foarte frumos amenajat apartamentul, cu mult bun gust. Utilat cu tot ce aveai nevoie. Proprietarul un om de milioane, foarte amabil și serviabil. Ne-a oferit cu lux de amănunte toate informațiile de care aveam nevoie. Ne-a ajutat cu transportul dimineața la ora 6 la aeroport (ne-a dus dânsul cu mașina personală până la aeroport). Recomand aceasta cazare cu toata inima.

Świetny kontakt z Sergio, naszym gospodarzem. Przylatywaliśmy późno, Sergio odebrał nas z lotniska i razem pojechaliśmy do apartamentu. Apartament przestronny, na 6 piętrze z windą. Dwie odrębne sypialnie, salon, aneks kuchenny i duża łazienka. Czysto i wszystko co potrzebne na wyposażeniu. Mieszkanie znajduje się w bloku, na "zamkniętym" osiedlu (jest szlaban wjazdowy na kod). Możliwość parkowania wewnątrz osiedla w miarę dostępności miejsc, tylko raz był kłopot z zaparkowaniem wynajętego auta, ale po chwili miejsce się znalazło. Dość blisko do centrum, na nogach jakieś 10-15 minut. Blisko sklepy i knajpki.

Tutto è stato semplicemente stupendo

Niente da dire: appartamento bellissimo! Tenuto alla perfezione, con una pulizia impeccabile. C’è davvero tutto: dagli asciugamani al detersivo per la lavatrice. Si trova a soli 10 minuti a piedi dal centro, con parcheggio praticamente attaccato all’appartamento. Ma ciò che mi ha colpito più di tutto è stata l’accoglienza del proprietario: gentilissimo, ci ha spiegato ogni dettaglio con cura ed è stato super disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza, oltre che molto flessibile con gli orari. Esperienza davvero positiva!
