Good for one night stay

It was clean, the entry syistem is easy (they sent us the video tutorial), overall good for a one night stay for that price.

The furniture is old even tho the building looks new and good. The kitchen and bathroom are small.

10/10 or maybe 8/10 :)

Everything was perfect. Maybe the hot water boiler is too small for 7-8 people, but if you take fast shower it's ok. Hosts are very kind and communication with them is clearly and fast. We don't have problem with our reservation.

Maybe the churches bells rings too loudly at 8:30 am in sunday :D

Clean apartment, big rooms, comfortable beds. Perfect indications to access. All the forniture inside the apartment was kept in good shape. 06/'25, we were 4 adults 1 child

I rented an apartment with conditioning air (AC) and it didn't exist. It was not even installed! I chose this and no other apartment because of the presence of the AC. The disappointment was huge and it was absolutely unfair. That's not a honest way to earn money. Curtains in the bedrooms are not thick, dark. Not in a minimum way. Being in a popular building with many other apartments in front, those curtains don't grant even a minimum privacy. 06/'25, we were 4 adults 1 child

The property is quite close to the airport and because of that there is quite a lot of noise from the planes taking off and landing. There is also a school/kindergarten nearby. And in the building, even though we were told to respect the quiet hours, the tenants don't really take this into account, doors slam and you hear the furniture on the parquet floor.

It was clean, but all furniture and walls and all was very old and felt like it is 20 years old appartament

Every day there was a smell of a dirty/old sink, we even had to plug close the sink so we can sleep at night. The shower was so small that we could only slide in and out, cant even tur around in there..

The location was perfect, we walked a lot and saw nearly whole Bergamo within this week. There are supermarkets close and we basically cooked our every dinner in the appartment. Elena and Leonardo help us with everything.

The bed was not so comfortable and the dishes were not so clean. there weren’t enough hot water for all of us to shower. The area around is noisy, we could hear everything outside with the windows closed.

Enjoyable

Nice apartment for 3 people. We had issues with the boiler and the homeowner Elena and her employee Leonardo were very helpful in everything they could to help with the situation. The homeowner lent us another apartment so we could take a hot shower there while the problem was being fixed. We also got a discount on our booking due to this issue.

The boiler to heat up the water was supposed to be enough for 6 people to shower throughout the day. We were 3 girls with long hair... the hot water in the morning was only enough for one 10 minute shower. After that the water was cold. It heat up again at night and 2 of us could take a quick 5 minute shower from the neck down. Previous guests messed with the boiler and since we stayed during the 25 April, which is a national holiday in Italy, the technician was only able to come on 26 April, the 3rd day of our stay. Things thay can happen in any house, everything else was very enjoyable.

Both Elena (via text) and Leandro (in person) were very nice and helpful. We had a small issue where we had overbooked and needed to reduce our stay (by our own fault), and Elena tried to accommodate our request as much as she could, and we got a partial refund. The house was in good state and clean.

small things like a broken toaster that brought the power down (promptly fixed by Leandro), a power outlet near the sofa that's not working. These are minor things that can be easily fixed.

Really liked how spacious the apartment was, easily accommodated 4 adults and one teenager. Well equiped with all you could need and easy check in and out. Elena couldn't have been more helpful with our queries, always on hand even for nearby restaurant recommendations!! Great stay!
