The size of the property, the facilities, the communication with the owner
The bed was short (for 180cm height max), the shower cabin is extremely small, impossible to take a proper shower. The area of the property is a walking distance from the city center, but it's a ghetto (literally).

we got exactly what was advertised. A room with bathroom for a very good price. Service was perfect as I always got a quick answer on booking! No physical staff to talk to but that did not bother us. There is a very authentic cafe around the corner which is as Italian as it gets.

It was clean, the entry syistem is easy (they sent us the video tutorial), overall good for a one night stay for that price.
The furniture is old even tho the building looks new and good. The kitchen and bathroom are small.

It was dark, smelled bad, the furniture was old, old cupboards, the bath was dated and the shower space was small and uncomfortable.
