Beautifully appointed and comfortable apartment, plenty of space and spotlessly clean throughout. Superb and very helpful host who made us very welcome and provided some excellent local restaurant recommendations. Supermarket very conveniently located within 2 minutes walk. Train station a 20 minute easy walk away and good links to explore Milan and the lakes.
Location is a bit away from the old town. We walked up to the old town during the day, if you do this, give yourself 45 mins to an hour. In the evening I would suggest taking a taxi or one of the frequent buses to the funicular.
