Very comfortable property with a fantastic host!

The property is very clean, with modern facilities. Bathroom was spotless, bedsheets crisp and white (these are the things I notice!). Beds comfortable with firm mattresses and a choice of a firm or soft pillow. I slept so well, better than at home! The host Federica was so friendly and could not have been more helpful. From before we arrived until the moment we left she was so communicative, and made me feel very much at ease. There was a storm when we were there which affected the electricity and Wi-Fi and both were sorted quickly. There’s a large supermarket about 4 mins away, plus a large fruit and veg store.

The property is in a residential area with few tourists. It’s a little walk to the new town and a further walk to the old town. Public transport is easy but would have liked some nice restaurants close by. A mirror in the main bedroom would be helpful.

Just a perfect cosy stay in bergamo with the perfect host!

Everything was brand new! The apartment is super well decorated and all the amenities are just perfect! Supreme quality of beds, sleep and getting into a warm and brand new apartment in the end of the day was just perfect! Federica, the host, is super nice and made all the efforts to make everything perfect during our stay! Can recommend this apartment enough if you’re coming to Bergamo!

Un departamento de lujo y muy limpio

Federica nos esperaba al llegar para dar las claves de acceso al edificio y al departamento. Nos mostró el funcionamiento de electrodomésticos y características del departamento, así como la ubicación de los utensilios de cocina . El departamento tiene detergente de lavadora , lavaplatos y lavavajillas así como aceite, vinagre sal pimienta té café y galletitas. Lo mas importante estaba TODO ! Realmente impecable !!sin nada de grasa o manchas o suciedad . Excelentemente bien equipado y con una terraza adorable. Las camas son súper cómodas , el colchón, sábanas y almohadas excelentes. El lugar es tranquilo y se puede dormir muy bien. La calefacción es muy buena, nunca pasamos frío. El baño está muy bien , con utensilios de aseo personal y muy buenas toallas que siempre tienen un aroma agradable.

Todo me gustó. Es insuperable!

L'accueil professionnel et convivial de Frédéric, la décoration et la propreté de l'appartement.

La localisation excentrée de l'appartement du centre-ville, le quartier et surtout la voisine du dessous. C'est une personne âgée qui n'accepte pas d'avoir un voisinage au dessus de chez elle.
