The biggest complaint is related to payment. I found a facility that satisfied my need for a group to sleep for one night because we had to travel further.

When we booked with a price that we had to pay immediately, the booking stated that everything was included in the price. However, when we had paid everything and it was no longer possible to check out, the Wikey agency called us, through which we would receive access data and that we would have to pay 9.70 euros for these services. We were brought to a fait accompli and had to pay. I don't like situations like that. When we arrived in front of the building, the electronic key didn't work. We waited for half an hour for them to give us an alternative way to enter. When we finally entered the apartment, there was no electricity because the fuses had been turned off. We had to follow the instructions on the paper in the apartment to leave the apartment and go to a special room behind the building and find our fuses to turn on the electricity.

Przestronny apartament, wygodny w użytkowaniu. Blisko supermarket. Ogólne wrażenie bardzo pozytywne.

Mało świeże ręczniki, brak mydła w łazience, 1 papier toaletowy na 4 osoby i kilka dni pobytu, brak płynu do naczyń, pilot do telewizora bez baterii.

Fajna lokalizacja, wygodne 3 oddzielne pokoje. Idealne dla 6 osób. Dostęp do parkingu za bramą. Wygodne otwieranie kluczem lub poprzez aplikację, zatem jest to super, jak jest więcej gości w mieszkaniu.

Jedna klimatyzacja na całe mieszkanie, przy upałach totalnie nie dawała rady. Wyłączał się całkowicie prąd, widać że jest to częsty problem, ponieważ przy skrzynce z zabezpieczeniem jest instrukcja co wtedy zrobić, zobowiązuje gościa do wyjścia na dwór, aby przestawić przełącznik.
