The apartment is good, spacious and clean.

If you are travelling with a car, don’t come near this place as you will be fined for entering a ZTL restricted zone. I wasn’t warned about this. Terrible communication with the host. I had to wait an hour driving around before I was sent the instruction to get the keys which was from a completely different location. The apartment is located within a gated building but the renovation works around it for other apartments woke us up at 8 am with noises of drilling.

Overall, great location and style, but noisy and a bit cramped bathroom

We enjoyed our stay at Blue House. The location was perfect – right in the city centre, so everything was close by and easy to reach. We also liked the modern interior design and appreciated the working air conditioning.

There were a couple of things we didn’t like about our stay at Blue House. The ventilation grate right next to the bed in the living room, under the window, made it very noisy at night, as we could hear everything from the street. Also, the bathroom felt quite cramped, which made it less comfortable.

The apartment is spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. It’s very well-equipped with all the necessary utensils and everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect—just a short walk from restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops. It’s also close to Città Alta. Highly recommended!

Pobyt w Bergamo był bardzo przyjemny- niesamowicie malownicze miasto.

Mieszkanie w doskonałej i pięknej lokalizacji w niedawno wyremontowanej kamienicy. Wszysko czyste, estetyczne i logicznie zorganizowane. Gorąco polecam.

Mały szczegół: wiem, że w szafie umieszczono wieszaki, ale byłoby super gdyby gdzieś bliżej wejścia znalazło się miejsce do wieszania kurtek.

Rozczarowanie

Lokalizacja, jednak przeczytajcie co sie nam nie podobało i budziło kontrowersje.

Niestety pobyt w tym apartamencie był bardzo rozczarowujący. Zameldowanie miało być możliwe od godziny 15:00. Do niemal tej godziny nie otrzymaliśmy żadnych informacji, mimo wcześniejszego kontaktu. Ostatecznie o godzinie 15.00 gdzie czekaliśmy na instrukcje o zameldowaniu poinformowano nas, że apartament nie jest jeszcze posprzątany i musimy czekać dodatkową godzinę. Mimo ze po kontakcie porannym informowaliśmy ze jesteśmy już w Bergamo. Był to deszczowy dzień, podróżowaliśmy z dzieckiem i mimo próśb o umożliwienie wejścia do środka – musieliśmy czekać na zewnątrz pod kamienicą marznąć i moknąć. W ramach rekompensaty zaproponowano nam anulowanie opłaty podatku miejskiego co jest 5 euro od osoby za dobe, więc u nas bylo to 80 euro jednak ponieważ opłatę tę opłaciliśmy już pierwszego dnia, zaproponowano nam bardzo nieakceptowalne rozwiązanie: mieliśmy anulować rezerwację na Booking, zapłacić całość ponownie poprzez link od właściciela w pomniejszonej kwocie, a potem czekać na zwrot ze strony Booking. Oznaczałoby to ponowne obciążenie nas kwotą ponad 500 euro. Nie zgodziliśmy się na to. Ostatecznie, po wielu wiadomościach i po naszym wyjeździe, gdzie to ja musialam sie zapytać co z obiecana rekompensata zaproponowano nam już tylko 20 euro zwrotu, mimo że w trakcie pobytu taka forma rekompensaty była rzekomo niemożliwa, w momencie naszego pobytu. Jeśli chodzi o czystość – była bardzo niezadowalająca. W łazience podczas kąpieli woda zalewała podłogę, odpływ był całkowicie zapchany i wymagał ręcznego oczyszczenia przez nas. W części wypoczynkowej, przy rozkładanej sofie, znajdował się kurz do okola i w środku oraz resztki jedzenia, co świadczy o braku dokładnego sprzątania. W kuchni naczynia i sprzęty były zakurzone. Warto również wiedzieć, że kamienica jest w trakcie remontu, więc od rana jest głośno. Dodatkowo tuż obok znajduje się kościół – dzwony biją od godziny 7:00, co było uciążliwe.

Świetna baza noclegowa w Bergamo. Blisko zarówno do centrum jak i starego miasta. Obok sklep, kafejki i sklep spożywczy. Na plus zasługują również klimatyzacja oraz winda. Bardzo dobra komunikacja z właścicielem. Dobrze wyposażony obiekt - duża ilość ręczników, akcesoria kuchenne oraz łazienkowe. Dodatkowo ogromna wartość dodana dla mojego pobytu to fakt, iż udostępniono nam pokój w dniu wyjazdu na kilka godzin dłużej, co pozwoliło na nie targanie bagażu ze sobą po mieście :)

La situation proche de tous commerces des bars restaurants de tous les lieux d’intérêts . L’espace moderne immeuble récemment rénové . Les literies très confortables . Tout est bien équipé même pour cuisiner . Le propriétaire est à l’écoute très réactif et de bon conseil .

Przyjemna przestrzeń, dobre wyposażenie, wygodne łóżka, świetna lokalizacja, możliwość przechowania bagażu, dobra komunikacja z właścicielem.

Nas poranne (7. 30) dzwony w pobliskim kościele motywowały do wstania (kościoły co chwila w calym Bergamo, wiec byc moze to standard), podobnie jak odgłosy remontu kamienicy - bedzie pieknie! , Ale jeśli ktoś lubi spać do 10 to zatyczki do uszu mogą się przydać. Ale warto wstać wcześnie:)
