Perfect as always

It’s my second time reserving this property and hope not the last! Everything was very clean and comfortable, close to everything a walking distance even to the cita alta a 30’ hike with amazing views, 14’ walking to teleferic, 10’ to the train to go to Milan and 2’ walking to the bus stop to the airport. Excellent!

However there is coffee pods we was missing water and tea, but it was ok as the supermarket is just downstairs.

The location was great for us. Easy to walk to where we wanted to go and close to the bus stops. Easy 30 minute walk to the chorus life arena.

The apartment would have been perfect if the lighting was better. There is only one window and the kitchen and bathroom are dark. Some better lighting would really make a difference. I also feel that while the apartment was basically clean there was alot of dust on the towel racks and cabinetry in the bathroom, the soap dispenser was filled half way and looked like it was refilled but not kept clean. The shower needs some new grout. The bidet faucet was not affixed properly. And the number one thing that would be a huge plus is to have a power strip on the night tables. One outlet on each side of the bed is inconvenient and you have to decide whether to plug the bedside lamp in or charge your electronics. We asked the host about luggage storage. We were told there wouldn’t be any as no one was in the office and they would get back to us. Never did. The bed was very comfortable. But come on. Get a proper duvet that fits on the entire bed.

A perfect apartment in central Bergamo

A very good location in central Bergamo close to the train and bus stations! The accommodation is in one of the main streets of Bergamo so it is very convenient and feels safe. Self check in instructions were clear and easy! The apartment it self was very good and spacious, had all of the ammenities you would need for a standard stay. By the way, rooms, bed and everything else was clean and nice!

All night long, there was noise from the air conditioning system located in the center of the well-lit courtyard, which faces all the windows of the apartment, making it impossible to sleep with an open window (if you prefer fresh air over air conditioning).

The apartment could have been cleaner. There was an odour and the bathroom had mould in the shower and the tiles were not clean. There was a cupboard below the sink that was very dirty. The cups and plates felt greasy. The sleeping/living area was smaller than anticipated, essentially a bedsit.

Very central location in town, literally step of the bus from airport and 200 yards and you're there. Good communication, clean, central.

Only downside is water template in shower was extremely hard to control, could get badly scalded if your not careful

A very nice apartment close to train and bus station

The apartment was very nice, with everything we needed. AC and big kitchen. It was quite central, about 10 minutes walk to the train station, or a minute with bus 1. Bus 1 also is a 15 minute ride up to Citta Alta. There was shop next door.

It is very nice apartment with all facilities you need. Just 500 m walking distance from the old town and port. There is a parking place, so you can leave the car. Ideal for 4 adults. Just perfect! :)

I loved it.

Easy to get to from the airport, just 3 rides with bus No.1, super close. The host was reachable via phone, his English was exceptional, so we understood each other easily. The apartment was outstanding, clean, beautiful, spacious, and definitely close from pretty much all landmarks and main streets and restaurants.

Convenient location in the city centre

Very spacious apartment with all the facilities you need. Super convenient location right in the heart of Bergamo with a bus station right in front of the main building. We had a short 1 night stay, and early in the morning we had to be at the airport and it was super easy to get there.

Good accommodation, good location

The property was great, getting the details of the people we were, to comply with Italian law, was very fraught. We rented 2 flats, and they were great. The location is a 6 minute walk from the station, and Bergamo is a fabulous city, so this was a plus. Travelling round and getting directions etc was easy. The flats were beautifully put together and lots of little details. Would definitely stay there again.

The shower in the flat for 2 was a little tricky, with a very small margin between hot and cold

The city was great, however next time travelling with a young family I would book a hotel.

The communication with the owner was poor and lack of information regarding entrance, lift, how to get out on departure early morning when the gate was locked.

Superb

Good central location, despite being on a main road, surprisingly quiet. Apartment clean and modern in appearance, no sweeping vistas to enjoy, however great for a few days. Third floor and a working elevator. A lot of storage space. Nice bathroom and kitchen, both internal. Close to shopping, restaurants and the main centre of lower Bergamo with good transport links. Airport bus stop around the corner and train station about a ten minute walk. Spremuta and brioche with pistachio at La Caffetteria di Port! We had no issues with arrival and entry despite being late. Prompt replies to our texts from landlord. We would recommend and use again ourselves. Three good gelaterias in close location be warned.

The apartment despite the 50 sqm is not convenient. There are 2 very small rooms without any use. The air condition did not worked.

Good for a short stay

Location is good as close to train station, centre and access to old town. Property is good for a short stay and despite centre location is very quite at night.

Broken furniture right in the front room wasn't a good start(sofa bed I suppose it was). Parking also not available though one open 24hr at the cost of 15euro close by. Check in app for the property is not working properly as had to keep refilling some data as gender, name and residency/nationality.

Perfect location, all necessary in place, easy and nice communication with the host Enrico

The check in is online and very easy. There is a lift in the building. The apartment is 3 min away from the bus stop for the airport. It’s super convenient if you have a very early flight and have to catch one of the first buses to the airport.
