Property was clean, modern and in a nice central location.

Getting access information quite late when flying is annoying and it was rather unclear to find the key despite ”the videos”. Had to contact the help through whatsapp and their tone was not friendly. Second floor so this is not suitable for elderly, no elevator.

The location is outstanding and the entrance is at a well lit area where one doesn’t feel unsafe at night, it is only a few metres away from a lively yet cosy street (Viale Papa Giovanni XXII) with a large variety of cafes and restaurants, as well as walking distance to both the train station and the shopping street (Via XX Settembre). It is also very pleasant to walk to the old town (we continued straight along Viale Papa Giovanni until we reach Viale Emanuele II and then you have the option to either continue the hike uphill or take the cable car, the old town is stunning and very much worth it. About 5 min walk from the apartment you can also find a small grocery store (Pam local - largo Porta Nuova) which is very convenient if you don’t want to eat out every time. Very close by is also gelateria La Romana dal 1947. We also recommend the restaurant Signorvino Bergamo and Miscusi Pasta Fresca. The apartment itself is great and cosy and easily fits 4 people, it has all needed amenities.

The only detail we noticed is that there is a coffee machine but there were no coffee capsules provided (we stayed only 3 days so it’s not profitable for the guest to buy the pack of minimum 10 capsules) so would be a nice gesture and sign or attention to detail if the host provided capsules for the next guest. We also noticed that there was no detergent to use the washing machine with, again not practical for guests staying 3 days only. Apart from those tiny details everything was perfect

Bardzo czysto. Wszystko co potrzebne dostępne pod ręką. Dobra lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko. Miła obsługa obiektu.

Trochę głośno w sypialni od strony ulicy

Location. Easy access. Plenty of storage.

Batteries in Air con remotes didn't work. Could do with some house manuals.
