Great hotel and location
Great location for the train station and town centre.
Air con/heating was a little temperamental (maybe me). It would go below 22 Deg C and refused to come on at all on the second night. Maybe there was a switch I needed to press.

Comfortable and cost efficient stay with well trained and helpful staff.
Breakfast is very good, lots of options and food is very tasty. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.
WiFi is not accessible from every room. Iron and iron board is not available in every room.

Good quality hotel
Its location was great, in a quiet residential street but within walking distance of the centre. Finding it and parking were easy. It was a fine, renovated building. The hotel staff were helpful and efficient. Breakfast was good, again with excellent staff looking after us. Room was comfortable and spacious with efficient a/c and there was a pleasant outside area. Foligno itself was an unexpected treat, such a nice place to walk around with excellent eating and drinking opportunities.
We paid for a spa treatment on one day where we were left alone in a room with a whirlpool bath and a sauna. We had expected a massage and refreshments but it was all minimalistic; not good value for money.
