all things considered, the stay at Polderini hotel was decent and I would recommend the hotel as an excellent value

it was fairly noisy at night due to traffic and youth loitering outside on the parking lot

The room, bathroom and reception area look fresh, clean and new.

The noise from the street traffic was really, really bad. Couldn’t sleep with open window and airco didn’t work yet… Floor and night stand where not clean

I could not have breakfast in the hotel, and there was no restaurant, but the manager booked me a table in one of the best restaurants I have ever been to in Italy.

Great location and accomodating stuff. Room recently refitted. Comfortable mattress.

Bathroom a bit old with many snags. It should have been renovated together with the room. The stairs are dirty and old, need maintenance and cleaning for curtains and moquette. Breakfast not at the top, but still good enough.

The room was recently renovated and clean, modern and tidy. The breakfast was excellent. Yes we had access to their parking which is in a small garage behind the hotel. We like the location, just slightly out of the centre of town, 100 m from the center. Overall we were very satisfied with our short stay

Hotel was clean, located in the city center, and close to the train station as well. Staffs were kind. Free parking was available.

I could hear the voice of the other rooms.. Parking access was manual to open the gates

Hotel molto bello e curato nei particolari. Camere grandi e pulite. Colazione abbondante e molto buona. Posizione strategica a 200m dall’area pedonale del centro di Foligno con negozi e ristoranti. Il garage coperto è comodo ma meglio chiedere in anticipo perché ci stanno poche auto. Spazio invece buono per chi arriva in moto.
