A pleasant and convenient place to stay in central Foligno

The room was simple but tasteful, and the bed was comfortable. The owner made good coffee. The owners were lovely people, and very helpful. The location was very quiet - no traffic as up an alleyway!

The shower was good, but I would prefer a separate shower to a wet room. The breakfast was very basic - just pre-packed croissants, nuts, and a little fruit.

Great family hotel, the dinners were good value. Room was spacious. Great cappuccinos for breakfast

Good Hotel Within the City

location was good, within old city of Foligno, also close to the train station. staff was friendly enough, to have me a big room with four beds!. breakfast was included. Room was at 2nd floor, no lift, but However this is Booking.com's problem, not the hotel's. Booking.com should have noted this in its description page

bathroom 's shower area is not separated from toilet , water will flow or splash all over in the bathroom

The accommodation is situated very close to the train station (less than 5 minutes walking) and to the city centre. Anna and her father were incredibly kind and welcoming. I had a very pleasant stay there. They really made me feel at home. So I can say it was a real pleasure to meet them. Anna upgraded my room free of charge. I booked a private room with a shared bathroom. Instead, when I arrived, I had a big room with a private bathroom only for me. A wonderful surprise. The day of the check-in my train arrived late and Anna was so kind to come to the train station and give me a lift. Moreover she showed me a shorter street to reach the train station walking. Her father also was so friendly and welcoming. The following day I had to catch a train very early in the morning and he decided to get up very early to prepare me a very good cappuccino. The breakfast is also included in the price. And you can leave your luggage for free after the check-out. So, if you are planning to visit Foligno and/or its surroundings, I absolutely recommend to stay there. You will have a wonderful experience with these amazing people.

The staff was incredibly kind and sweet. It was in many of the their gestures that this place really shined (they upgraded my room free of charge and had homemade options for breakfast. Very conveniently located on the city

I can’t say there was anything in particular I disliked. The bed was not the most comfortable, but I still slept well on it and found everything to my liking.

Posizione strategica e staff gentilissimo, buon rapporto qualità - prezzo

La rete del materasso sarebbe da cambiare, il materasso affondava in un punto dove mancavano le doghe di legno. La colazione lascia un po' a desiderare, cornetti confezionati (quelli del supermercato), biscotti, frutta (ma sulla frutta c'erano formiche e moschini...)

Prima voor een nacht, douche en toilet moet je wel delen.

Een hartelijk ontvangst van de incheckende dame. De kamer heeft voldoende ruimte voor een of twee personen en een balkon.

Er is geen lift, maar het gebouw lijkt zich daar ook niet voor te lenen.

Vicino al centro di Foligno,che si raggiunge a piedi in pochi minuti. Personale gentile e disponibile. Camera pulita e silenziosa. Siamo rimasti una notte perché eravamo di passaggio. La colazione è buona e semplice , con prodotti confezionati.

Foligno è una bellissima cittadina e si ha l'imbarazzo della scelta di possibilità nei dintorni!

Hotel con ottimo rapporto qualità - prezzo posto in posizione ottimale (in pieno centro storico a pochissimi minuti dalla stazione).

I letti avevano una rete un po' troppo molle, molto meglio la comodità del letto a castello che aveva le doghe in legno. Colazione molto semplice (con prodotti confezionati) ma con discreta scelta di prodotti, oppure con frutta.

Della struttura mi ha soddisfatto soltanto la posizione. A tre passi dal centro per io resto lascia molto a desiderare.

La camera da noi prenotata era molto minimal ma la cosa che proprio non andava era io bagno. La doccia è collocata praticamente attaccata al water quindi la possibilità di aprirla era dubbia. Rubinetterie arrugginite! Colazione inclusa? Si con merendine industriali . No non ci siamo Pessimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Personale gentile, cordiale e disponibile. Grande flessibilità sugli orari di check in. Posizione centrale, nel centro storico ma ad appena 8 minuti a piedi dalla stazione. Ottimo il cappuccino per colazione! Come al bar!

Buon soggiorno

Mi sono trovato piuttosto bene in questo hotel. La posizione è ottima: in pieno centro a Foligno e a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione. Il check in è stato roccambolesco ma alla fine ho ottenuto una buona stanza con bagno privato. Il letto è comodo e con lenzuola pulite. Il bagno è funzionale. La colazione l'ho trovata di mio gradimento anche se un po' spartana.

In genere tutto è migliorabile. Si potrebbe dare più attenzione all'ordine e alla pulizia in alcuni punti ma capisco che non è facile tenere un hotel a conduzione familiare. Sarebbe consigliabile permettere agli ospiti di regolare in autonomia la temperatura del climatizzatore, più che altro per ridurre la rumorosità nelle ore notturne.
