Nice place - Ask for coffee/tea in advance

- Very nice apartment in a very original vintage style. Attention to details with the interior design and furniture - Perfect location, super central

- The room is sold with "breakfast included", however there was nothing to make a coffee, latte or even a tea in the morning. - When having a shower, a lot of water easily falls on the ground and there is nothing to dry. An extra curtain would help :) - Dust under the bed (and not a bit)

La camera in sé carina, stile particolare e comunque spaziosa.

Colazione scadente, l'acqua in bagno gelata se pur i riscaldamenti erano accesi, lenzuola pulite ma... Una lavata alle coperte e ai cuscini la si potrebbe dare... Eravamo in 3 ma asciugamani e tazze per colazione preparati per 2, asciugamani per la doccia inesistenti, macchinetta del caffè non utilizzabile (sporca) ... Della proprietaria non si è vista nemmeno l'ombra.

Posticino tranquillo e comodo

In pieno centro, comoda ai servizi e silenziosa, forse da rivedere la colazione, poco curata. C'è un parcheggio gratuito molto vicino alla struttura (circa 8 minuti a piedi)

Soggiorno molto apprezzato

Cosa è piaciuto · Foligno l'ho trovata molto carina. Casa, posizione ottima, centro storico cittadino con tutto vicino, bar ristoranti, stazione a 600 mt, alloggio abbastanza confortevole, onestamente sopra le mie aspettative, considerando anche il prezzo molto vantaggioso. Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di avercelo tutto per noi anche se mi pare di capire che la struttura possa essere condivisa assegnando un'altra camera ad altri ospiti. Cucina abbastanza ok, c'è frigo, fornelli qualche pentola, non fornitissima ma assolutamente in linea con tutti le altre strutture che ho utilizzato finora. Accoglienza gentile e anche post accoglienza. Stanza e struttura molto carine e curate dal punto di vista estetico.

Cosa non è piaciuto · Penso che sarebbe opportuno sacrificare un po di estetica alla funzionalità, ad esempio, l'armadio non utilizzabile in quanto pieno di coperte (che potrebbero stare nella cassapanca), tavolino da the carinissimo ma poco funzionale e che sacrifica un po' dello spazio, e altre cose del genere. Forse eviterei i tappeti che personalmente ritengo ricettacoli di polvere e batteri, non nello specifico ma in generale. Consiglierei di manutenere il soffione della doccia. Io ho preferito parcheggiare un po'distante, gratuitamente, ma non tanto comodamente, ma forse sono io troppo "ztl-fobico".

Tanto potenziale mal sfuttato

La camera è molto carina e spaziosa, il bagno non è scomodo seppur fuori dalla camera ma è in cattive condizioni manutentive e igieniche. La colazione assolutamente inadeguata, eravamo due adulti e un bambino, c'erano solo due cornetti (in busta), due vaschette monodose di confettura e tre di fette biscottate. No acqua, no un un succo, no latte. Per fortuna c'è un supermercato vicino e siamo andati a comprare il necessario....
