Comfortable and convenient, perfect base to explore the region!

Would recommend this clean, comfortable accomodation with easy access and great location (short walk from train station and main bus stops). Each room has a locker available for check out day which was very convenient. Perfect base to explore the region. Foligno itself has an understated local vibe yet is steeped in art (frescos) and culture with delicious eateries. Enjoy!

Camera spaziosa, luminosa, in pieno centro. Cambio asciugamani e letto ogni mattina. Puntualità e chiarezza nel check in. Rapidità e gentilezza nelle risposte. Pulita! Consigliata per coppie e anche famiglie con bambini

Ho trovato alcuni asciugamani macchiati. Non era presente bollitore e macchinetta del caffè come da fotografia. Presente, tuttavia, un frigo con due bottiglie d'acqua. La televisione dava dei problemi di connessione. Sono dei dettagli che voglio far presente sicura che verranno risolti e che, comunque, NON hanno influito negativamente sulla permanenza. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente.

Unkomplizierter Zugang, sauber, einfache aber ausreichende Ausstattung für kurze Aufenthaltsdauer

Zu beachten: An den Wochenenden ist von der Bar auf der einten Gebäudeseite laute Musik bis frühe Morgenstunden zu hören und während meines Aufenthaltes gab es eine sehr laute Familie nebenbei (Auf Anfrage hat man sich jedoch sofort darum gekümmert, vielen Dank dafür!)

Camera spaziosa e ben arredata; letto e cuscini molto comodi. Ottima la posizione in pieno centro. Lo staff è stato cosi gentile da farci fare un self checkin per il nostro arrivo in tarda serata. In generale, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo!

La stanza è sopra un pub e in generale in un palazzo, quindi piuttosto rumorosa. Il frigo bar è vuoto, avremmo apprezzato la possibilità di poter prendere una bottiglia di acqua essendo arrivati a notte fonda.

La posizione centralissima, a 5 min a piedi dalla piazza principale. La stanza molto ampia e dotata di tutto il necessario, compresa acqua di cortesia che è sempre un piacere trovare. Materassi Dorelan e cuscini molto comodi. Arredamento di gusto e nuovo. Lo staff molto disponibile e gentile.

Ottima posizione in centro e non lontano dalla stazione, check-in veloce, camera pulita, nuova. Mini bar nel quale ho trovato una bottiglietta d'acqua all'arrivo

Ottima camera, pulita e confortevole di recente ristrutturazione, arredi nuovo stile moderno, letti comodissimi, con aria condizionata efficiente.

Forse il bagno (wc) senza finestra! Il resto ottimo anche lavabo e doccia comodissima.

Posizione ottima, all interno della Ztl ma ci sono parcheggi molto vicini sia a pagamento che non, l' host ci ha fornito cmq tutte le indicazioni. Vista camera sulla Collegiata di S. Salvatore

Gerne wieder

Ein stilvoll eingerichtetes, brandneues Zimmer mit Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und großem Fernseher. Ein sehr bequemes Bett. Die Besitzerin ist sehr nett. Einfaches Check-in und -out (Zugang mit Code zur Schlüsselbox). Wenn ich mal wieder in Foligno bin, würde ich hier gerne nochmals übernachten.

Struttura, in pieno centro, con camere nuove, molto pulite, letto comodo, tutti i comfort, inclusa macchina per il caffè con capsule. Affaccio interno abbastanza silenzioso. Self check in, facile e veloce. Siamo stati solo una notte, ma ci tornerei volentieri.
