Good value in Foligno

I liked the welcoming staff and the fact of finally finding a classical Ostello. It is also quite convenient.

I didn't like the way they managed common spaces as if they were prepared just for groups or boy scouts. Also the atmosphere is not too cozy.

The staff didn't tell us upon check-in that we would have no use of the gorgeous garden/patio or any of the outside area due to a child's birthday party that went on for over six hours. After hiking 14 miles to get there, spending almost €70 to stay there, i had no use of the one signature space they advertised. So i had gotten an inexpensive dinner from the grocery store, expecting to sit out on the grass and enjoy the sunset while i eat, but was instead forced to eat in my uncomfortable room with florescent lighting. It was so depressing. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, full of springs, and the mattresses were filthy. The towels weren't even big enough to wrap my hair in. I would have enjoyed this place if i were allowed to enjoy the space i paid to use.

It is located in the historic center of Foligno, very close to Piazza Della Repubblica and the train station. The staff is very helpful - they gave me information about tourist attractions. The size of the room was ok. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean but looked a bit old.

The lights above the bathroom mirror didn't look safe to me, and they seemed pretty old. The rest was fine.

The bathroom could use repairs, and the breakfast didn't have a lot of variety. It's also a bit inconvenient how the reception is only open from 2-3pm to 9pm. And don't get the bottom bunk if you're taller than 5'5.

I was staying for one night and it is good enough for overnight sleep.

It’s located near the train station and very convenient to walk around the city.

The breakfast was a bit needed to aware food safety. Because I found out the bread had a fungus outside.

The stuff is really welcoming and warm. and even if the furniture inside the room is simple it has a good atmosphere. I would recommend it to everyone. Especially for the price and even a breakfast as a buffet is included

Nice place to sleep over for piligrims

During our Francesco d'Asissi pilgrimage trip, we stayed in the hostel for one night in October 2022. Although we booked two beds in Dormitory, we were offered to stay in a double room. The staff at the reception was very nice and friendly. They also had pilgrimage stamps. The room itself was very simple but clean and big with a warm shower.

The internet was not working in the room and I end up in the room.with double beds and I should be only with 4 people single beds No English sign that the main doors are on number 21 only in italian
