The place was very clean. Owner very helpful and let us in before check in time as it was very hot.. Very central. Beautiful apartment. Very good breakfast.

The only thing I didn't like was that the place was terribly hot. AC needs to be installed asap as one cannot sleep comfortably, especially when there are high temperatures! The ceiling fan was useless and with the fan provided it was still difficult to sleep comfortably. Otherwise everything was perfect!.

Sehr gute Lage, schöne Wohnung, Frühstück enttäuschend

Sehr gute Lage, große Wohnung mit 2 Zimmern und jeweils privatem Bad, Wohnzimmer ist Frühstücksraum. Zimmer gemütlich und groß. 1 Zimmer mit privatem Bad ist mit Vorhang vom Rest der Wohnung getrennt, das ist sehr angenehm. Das andere Zimmer mit Bad ist direkt neben Frühstücksraum und Küche. Der Besitzer ist sehr bemüht und freundlich!

Frühstück besteht nur aus Zwieback, Butter, Paketierte Kuchen und Kaffee.

Colazione mediocre. Bagno esterno alla camera con zero privacy. Niente aria condizionata e, vista la temperatura stagionale, la camera era un forno, che è diventato ventilato grazie ai 3 ventilatori in dotazione.

Una sola notte

La posizione è ottima, perché la struttura è in una deliziosa vietta vicino al centro. La stanza è grande e anche il bagno. Il prezzo è ottimo.

Manca l'aria condizionata. Magari non serve la maggior parte dell'anno, ma in estate, trovandosi la stanza sotto il tetto, diventa indispensabile. La temperatura della stanza è molto alta. Di sera, l'aria è fresca in estate, ma il problema è che non c'è possibilità di creare correnti d'aria, per cui rimane un forno. Ci sono i ventilatori, ma sono rumorosi e non si possoo accendere, se si vuole dormire. La colazione è fatta solo con prodotti confezionati.

L’appartamento dietro la Cattedrale è molto comodo per visitare il centro storico.

Il parcheggio nei dintorni è a pagamento e difficile da trovare, bisogna fare qualche giro per trovarlo

Terzo piano mansardato senza ascensore, camera caldissima senza aria condizionata, finestre minuscole, notte da incubo per il caldo asfissiante. Abbiamo abbandonato la struttura senza fare la colazione peraltro ridicola. Non ci sono stati chiesti i documenti, no pos.

Foligno e dintorni

Bellissimo BnB nel centro di Foligno, posizione strategica per visitare la citta. Nella piazza adiacente c’è un grande parcheggio dove si può lasciare l’auto senza problemi. Nonostante le scale che si fanno senza problemi (edificio storico l’ascensore sarebbe un sacrilegio) l’appartamento è molto ampio; su una grande tavola, adibita per la colazione, c’è di tutto soprattutto dei biscotti buonissimi!’ Camera Tripla ampia, arieggiata molto bene con tre ventilatori, bagno molto grande. Letti comodi e camera molto silenziosa. Siamo stati molto bene; Moreno persona super gentile e disponibile.

Piccola gita in Umbria

Locale molto ampio nella zona soggiorno, composto da salone con divano e camino. Moreno, il proprietario, persona squisita e gentilissima su qualsiasi aspetto.

Purtroppo essendo al terzo ed ultimo piano risulta scomodo per persone non molto agili, a bagagli e spesa, ha finestre piccole e basse perciò entra poca luce naturale, non ha il bidet purtroppo ed il bagno in generale non è dei migliori, soffione della doccia che butta veramente poca acqua, la colazione seppure tutta imbustata, leggermente scadente, ma ricordiamoci che per il prezzo che offre Moreno/Booking il rapporto qualità/prezzo è eccellente, è pur sempre un B&B.

il signor Moreno gentilissimo è stato molto cortese e simpatico. Posizione super centrale ottima per visitare il centro di Foligno. colazione dotata di tutto anche se dal covid tutti prodotti di supermercato imbustati non freschi

Appartamento tranquillo

Il secondo giorno sono stati spenti i termosifoni, camera freddissima. La proprietaria molto maleducata, non ho mai ricevuto un pessimo trattamento come da questa signora. Si è rivolta in maniera molto volgare e irrispettosa. Sicuramente avete perso dei clienti. Inoltre su booking dice check out alle 10.30 e in mattinata già alle 9.40 la signora è entrata in casa con molto nervosismo.
