Soggiorno deludente: scarsa igiene e totale assenza di personale

La posizione

Il nostro soggiorno è stato purtroppo un incubo. All’arrivo non c’era nessuno ad accoglierci e solo dopo la quarta telefonata abbiamo ricevuto indicazioni per entrare. Non abbiamo mai incontrato alcun membro dello staff, neppure alla partenza. La camera era in condizioni pessime: polvere ovunque, lampadario rotto e impolverato, formiche sul pavimento, piume di piccioni perché la finestra non si chiudeva bene. Gli asciugamani erano sporchi, e sul termosifone abbiamo trovato quelli, evidentemente usati, degli ospiti precedenti. Il letto non era pulito: lenzuola macchiate e capelli presenti. Il bagno era ancora peggio: water sporco di urina e residui fecali. Abbiamo dovuto acquistare asciugamani e lenzuola per poter trascorrere la notte. Un’esperienza decisamente inaccettabile, che sconsiglio a chiunque cerchi anche solo un livello minimo di igiene e assistenza.

Pur comprendendo le difficoltà il servizio deve essere garantito a chi soggiorna anche da un punto di vista contrattuale e del pagamento dei servizi annessi alla camera.

La posizione in cui è situata è davvero strategica.

Le camere hanno tutte la stessa chiave cosa che mi ha costretto a dovermi portare sempre con me molte delle mie cose. Inoltre la pulizia delle stanze e della biancheria era di scarsa qualità.

Polvere ovunque sapone per le mani mischiato con acqua sapone doccia inesistente phon assente dimensione camera troppo piccola armadio inguardabile grucce di plastica oppure sottili di ferro

Grandi potenzialità ma inespresse

Purtroppo anche se la zona era ottima tante, troppe cose non andavano. Potevano con un po' di impegno riuscire meglio ed essere concorrenziali con tante altre strutture presenti nella zona ma finché la richiesta è alta ci si può limitare al minimo indispensabile e con poco sforzo avere il massimo risultato per un proprietario di struttura ricettiva, cioè camere piene.
