Superb spartments

The apartments were superb, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and ideally located just around the corner from the centro storico. They were perfect for our family group. Alessandro is the perfect host, prompt responses, so helpful, attending to every need. We absolutely loved staying here and can highly recommend Guest House Foligno Porta Romana.

Perfect Italian Stay

This place is incredible. Dont hesitate to book. The entire apartment is large, comfy, airy and sparkling clean with many awesome extras like a dishwasher and aircon, Tvs etc The 2 bedrooms are very large with great cupboard space. The location is brilliant. A quick 3min walk to the station and or a 1 minute walk to the beautiful town of Foligno. this is the perfect place, to make your home whilst making day trips around Italy.

We found no washing machine for our long stay was a pain but not the end of the world. If you plan on using the sleeper couch, let them know in advance so the bedding can be available.

I would not book this room again due to no natural light but the other apartments are very nice

The room itself is spacious and clean located in a central area. The apartments are very nice but do not book the double room Ginestra if you plan to stay more than 1 night as it has no natural light.

The double room has no natural light which is not explained before check in. If we were staying for one night this would not be such an issue however we stayed for 5 nights in this room and it was very claustraphobhic and disconcerting. There is a window but it is frosted and overlooks internal building walls. Allessandro was very friendly upon arrival but he was not at all friendly after that. He was rude and abrupt on subsequent meetings

The apartment was very nice, clean and ina good location.

I booked for 2 adults and 3 children. There were 2 double beds which were large so we were able to accommodate 2 adults and a child in 1 double bed. It would have been nice to have sofa bed or roll away bed for the 3rd child.

Struttura moderna e pulita

Nuovissima struttura, sistemata e spaziosa. Dispone di due camere private e un divano letto. La cucina è ben fornita e c'è un ampio frigo. Anche il bagno è moderno e ha anche un antibagno con un lavandino. Ci sono stati forniti asciugamani e bagnoschiuma. L'host è stato gentilissimo e ci ha anche dato parecchie indicazioni. Zona ottima sia per vedere Foligno che per muoversi in auto perché abbiamo trovato parcheggio abbastanza facilmente. Pulizia top.

Poco prima di andare via si è fulminata la lampadina in una delle due camere.

Host gentilissimo ci ha fornito molte indicazioni su escursioni e luoghi dove poter pranzare. Posizione eccellente sia per visitare Foligno, ma anche per poi porte fare escursioni nei dintorni. L'appartamento corrisponde perfettamente alle foto, tutto perfetto, consigliato!

La guest house Porta Romana è perfetta per soggiornare a Foligno. E' vicina alla stazione ferroviaria e poco distante dal bel centro storico. La spaziosa camera è al secondo piano ed è presente l'ascensore. Valore aggiunto è stato il gestore Gianluca, gentilissimo e professionale.

Partiamo da Gianluca disponibilità e gentilezza ci ha dato indicazioni utilissime per parcheggio dove mangiare ecc..l'appartamento è molto luminoso pulito ed in un punto strategico per centro e caserma negozi bar ristoranti supermercati ecc tutti vicinissimi ottimo soggiorno torneremo sicuramente.
