Almost everything was great - service, location, room, bed, and overall quality price ratio.

The toilet and shower plumbing has a pump that makes noise, and the shower corner is quite little.

Modern unit downtown Foligno

The room is in an apartment very close to the downtown core. So the location is very good, within walking distance from everything. I liked the little fridge as I travelled in the summer so cold drinks were great. Comfortable bad, very clean, modern decor. Nice place to stay.

A kitchenette would have been great with a microwave to be able to heat up things as opposed to always eat out.

No Air Con (but as mentioned the room didn't get overly hot by keeping it nice and dark) I did spot a few ants sneaking around searching but that's nothing unexpected at the time of year

The apartment is very close to the center of town. The rooms are actually pretty big, and it's pretty cheap.

It's a little dated but for the price it's difficult to complain.

La posizione centrale, la tranquillità, camera ampia, pulita e calda, c' è anche un mini frigo molto comodo

Nessun difetto da segnalare, magari metterei un punto luce al piano dove i sono le porte delle camere/bagni (la luce con il sensore a volte non si accende nel passaggio dal bagno alla camera😊)

vicinanza al centro di Foligno (è proprio sul corso centrale). E' vicino al centro di selezione dell'esercito ed alla stazione centrale. Stanza molto grande e pulita. Staff disponibile per informazioni varie, supporto e per check in e check out che si fa autonomamente mediante codice.

letto singolo scomodissimo, il materasso troppo mollo e vecchio, ho avuto mal di schiena. Lo scarico della doccia elettrico, bisogna tirare una corda per far andare via l'acqua... il phon per capelli piccolissimo, chi ha capelli lunghi impiegherebbe ore ad asciugarli.

Cama muito confortável , rua silenciosa , sem barulho de carros . Dentro do centro de Foligno , localização excelente . Check in muito prático , tudo explicado por mensagem no WhatsApp. Anfitrião excelente , respondia rápido e muito flexível com os horários . Voltarei com certeza

Ottima posizione, centrale vicino a Stazione e a Negozi. Il proprietario di una cortesia e disponibilità rare. Ho scelto la camera singola con bagno privato ed è stato più che confortevole. Consigliatissimo ai tanti ragazzi e ragazze che devono recarsi presso la Caserma.

Avevamo 4 stanze singole su 3 piani diversi: come sapevamo non vi era aria condizionata , ma il problema e' che vi era il ventilatore solo in una camera, comunque insufficiente per rinfrescare.

Ottima sistemazione, in posizione comodissima e con ottimo rapporto qualità - prezzo. La camera era pulita e accogliente, e il bagno condiviso solo con altre due camere. Non l'ho mai trovato occupato quando mi serviva. Christian è stato gentilissimo e ha risposto prontamente a tutte le mie domande. Ottimo sistema per check in e check out autonomo.

Buen alojamiento pero nunca en verano

Extremadamente céntrico, un alojamiento básico pero con lo necesario, sobre todo un frigorífico para tener bebida fría. Acceso fácil e independiente, buena comunicación.

Sólo referido al tercer piso. Bajo tejado, absorbe todo el calor y no hay aire acondicionado, así que es un horno y sólo hay un ventilador para mover el aire. En estas condiciones sólo puedo recomendar EVITAR este tercer piso en verano. Es muy difícil e incómodo estar y dormir en esas condiciones.
