Warm welcome from Francesco. Very clean throughout. Great facilities. Large room with comfortable bed. Shared lounge area with balcony. Would definitely stay again.

Not worth the price.

The bed was comfortable and there was an in-suite bathroom. Franco was very nice and explained everything well.

I had the share the common spaces with another guest. There was no seat on my toilet! The bathroom needed a remodel. it was dark and old. Also, the building was dark at night. creepy.

EXCELLENT!

We spent two nights in Bab San Feliciano. We had a spacious room with a private bathroom and also access to a communal living room, kitchen and balcony. Franco the owner is very friendly. We are expirienced travellers, but this was the first time that we were personally being welcomed on arrival at the train station. The station in Foligne is close to the apartment, but the gesture was appreciated nonetheless. By the way Foligno is a pleasant town, near Assisi. We recommend everyone to buy a delicious pizza around the corner at Pizza Pazza. We also found the cappuccino and the sandwiches at Umami Foligno near the center to be excellent. And stay overnight at Bab San Feliciano, of course!!

Camera accogliente e pulita, situata nel centro storico. Parcheggio vicino, nei pressi della stazione. Gestore molto gentile e disponibile: upgrade gratuito della stanza e colazione in camera compresa.

Meravigliosa accoglienza

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo posto una sola notte, ma avremmo voluto fossero di più! Franco è un ottimo padrone di casa, la sua accoglienza è stata davvero calorosa ed è stato disponibilissimo. La posizione è ottima (pochi minuti dalla stazione e dal centro). Stanza, lenzuola, bagno e biancheria puliti; colazione in confezioni monodose ma davvero ricca. Non possiamo fare altro che consigliarlo a nostra volta!

Un po’ retró ma centrale

La struttura è molto centrale e l’host è stato super disponibile.

Il rapporto qualità prezzo secondo me non è giustificato, perché la struttura della casa è molto fatiscente e retró. La stanza in cui siamo capitati noi era molto buia ed inoltre aveva il bagno fuori dalla camera (anche il bagno pulito, ma molto molto antico). Mi sento di dare come consiglio all host quelllo di rimodernare l’arredo e di rendere più bianca e luminosa la stanza. La notte precedente abbiamo alloggiato in un’altra struttura a pochi passi da questa (che non era disponibile per la seconda notte) e, pagando la metà, abbiamo avuto la possibilità di alloggiare in una stanza molto più nuova ed accogliente.

Posizionato in centro città ma anche vicinissimo alla stazione. Camera ampia, fresca e silenziosa. Bagno ampio e comodo Franco è un ospite eccellente

Se vedi il palazzo da fuori potresti non avere una ottima impressione ma poi l'appartamento dentro è molto accogliente

Una chicca 😍

Posizione centralissima, a due passi dal corso e dalla stazione. Struttura molto accogliente, camera sempre pulita e letto molto comoda. Una nota super positiva sul bagno esterno alla camera: spaziosissimo, dotato di qualsiasi cosa: lavatrice, bagnoschiuma, shampoo, phon grande, set di cortesia. Franco persona squisita, gentilissimo e cordiale, sempre disponibile ad aiutare e consigliare posti da visitare nelle vicinanze.
