Perfect home base for exploring Spello.

Perfect location just outside of the historic district of Spello. Abundant parking for the car in a quiet neighborhood. Cute couple that ran the B&B were very accommodating. I especially liked how comfortable the bed was.

A comfortable and pleasant stay, well located.

Despite the language barrier the hosts were lovely and hospitable. The room had everything we needed - clean, comfortable and spacious. Easy roadside parking and well located, only a short walk into Spello.

Breakfast was quite basic compared to what has been offered in other places we’ve stayed but did the job.

Fantastic hosts

The hosts were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Offered coffee on arrival and had a good chat- was great to practice my italian. Went out to explore Spello and when I came back after dinner,i was offered their delicious home made licquor and once again had a good chat. The house was lovely and bedroom and bathroom spotless. Breakfast was substantial. On leaving the following day, they asked if I needed a lift anywhere.. Very gracious and accomodating hosts.

Superb

Nice family owned B&B. Hosts do not speak English but did their best to communicate with us non-Italian speakers which worked just fine. Free drinks were provided on arrival and even shampoo was taken care of.

authentic italian experience in a beautiful small town.

we had no problem using a translator to communicate since we spoke no italian. the place was clean and cozy and the family was very friendly and helpful, even offering us a ride to the station. there was a wonderful breakfast provided. this stay was one of our favorite parts of our trip to italy!

Perfect and Beautiful

Very kind couple who ran the B&B. We had an amazing stay. We came tired from the pilgrim walk and the host fed us with coffee and grapes. The room is well decorated.

great location and the two hosts were very friendly. however, be aware, they speak - literally - not a word of English. Beautiful location too. Can’t be faulted.

But.. very sadly, our room was really not up to standard for 2022.. An old shower cap in the shower; no soap in the shower ( just someone else’s half used shower gel - no waste baskets; no kettle; no bottled drinking .. no fridge or other amenities. a double bed stashed along the side wall .. Yes, I know it’s only €70 but it could be made so much better.. We had just come from Lucca where all these “ welcome” amenities had been provided - for virtually - the same price - sorry!!

We would stay here again. It would be a nice accommodation for the whole family.

The location was easy walking to restaurants, cafes and the beautiful streets of Spello. If it would have been warmer outside, we would have enjoyed sitting in the gardens around the house. Our host, Elvio, was so very welcoming and helpful during our stay. He was very patient with our lack of Italian and did not give up in trying to help us understand what he was saying. This is a very clean, comfortable and welcoming place to spend a few days.

The family was very nice. I think they tried hard but it basically us a upstairs room/ apartment with a big family below. A most family

No English spoken; baby downstairs cried for hours; lots of noise from downstairs, was hard to find. Breakfast was minimal. Didn't take credit cards. Was relatively expensive for what was delivered.

Comfortable B&B on the edge of a historic town.

We booked two rooms in a family house. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful and we managed to communicate in spite of language barrier! Not up to the minute modern, but very clean and comfortable. Breakfast spread lovely, including home made jams and cakes. Location on the edge of heritage town (Spello) - easy access to restaurants. Recommend the family restaurant round the corner.

Una chicca

B&B in una zona residenziale molto tranquilla. Possibilità di parcheggio e alloggio immerso in un bel giardino. Comodo e vicinissimo al centro storico. Nei dintorni ci sono ristoranti, bar e tutte le comodità. Camera ampia, comoda e pulitissima. Colazione buona, con le marmellate preparate con i frutti dell’orto. I padroni, Elvio e Iole, sono gentilissimi e sempre disponibili. Ci hanno accolte e coccolate, consigliandoci anche dove andare a cena e quale strada fare per arrivare alla nostra destinazione finale. Torneremo sicuramente!
