Rooms in Spello are majestic!!!

Our 7 night stay (two couples, two rooms) at Rooms in Spello was a pleasure. The establishment is in a great, central location with many really great restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. The room furnishings and finishes were luxurious and high end, you could tell it has been recently renovated and was decorated beautifully. The rooms were clean and stocked with essentials. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom shower had great water pressure. The property owner Leonardo and his wife were wonderful and thoughtful hosts, very helpful and easy to contact. We were very happy with our accommodations and would not hesitate to book here again when returning to Spello.

Perfect apartment in Spello! Beautiful, Great location!

Apartment was the perfect location in town. I loved being able to pop back in and drop off shopping bags or take a quick rest. Beautifully decorated and had everything I needed. Owner owns the restaurant close by and even gave me an aperitif upon my arrival. Would love to stay here again if I should visit Spello again.

Un bellissimo weekend

Siamo stati una notte in questa struttura molto bella, nel centro storico di Spello e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Tutto veramente curato e con un' ottima attenzione ai dettagli. La camera dove abbiamo soggiornato è elegante e con un affaccio magnifico sulla valle e, malgrado la struttura sia posizionata al centro del paese, risulta molto silenziosa perché in una, deliziosa, stradina defilata. Altra skill è la possibilità di parcheggiare vicino con un pass dedicato, che ci è stato consegnato da Leonardo, il gestore, che ci ha accolti in modo caloroso, rendendosi disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Direi proprio un magnifico weekend! Speriamo di tornare prestissimo.

Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt in Spello während den "Infiorate".

Die Wohnung ist zentral, neu und sehr hochwertig, geschmacksvoll und ansprechend eingerichtet, ganz toll. Das Gastgeberehepaar erlebten wir als äusserst hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Herzlichen Dank!
